Look at all them Stroads! Not exactly the cozy little town I was imagining, but I guess in America, it's hard to get away from those dangerous and hideous Stroads. 🤮
Yep, Stroads everywhere. It’s definitely not Amsterdam here in Idaho and America is definitely plagued with Straods.

@@livinginidaho California. To be fair, it's even worse in California, in most cities. Surprisingly, Downtown Boise has a very high walkability score! I'm guessing it's just the outskirts and suburbs that have the stroads, but also more affordable in those locations?
There are great pockets that you can find that are cost and not dominated by stroads, through they are around. Boise isn’t perfect but they’ve done something’s really well. Downtown and the green belt are great, the north end by Hyde park is great.
Typically you’ll find more affordable stuff out in Nampa and Caldwell and star.
You can find deals in and around boise but why’ll need fixing up.

Im from Orlando Florida, So we visited in the beginning of June, saw everything Boise had to offer, went to the sawtooth, caldwell, even out to shoshone/ twin falls area. I gotta say.... we are absolutely in love. What an incredible place. We will be moving there around March is our plan, I know you mainly do realty for buying mid cost housing. But we are looking to rent, obviously a huge jump from Florida, and the risk and prices of the market right now we just cant. We are leaning toward Caldwell but I LOVE the foothills. Maybe you can point us in a direction? website or source for local renters? Thank you!

Funny how u drive to eagle. The most expensive town (from what I've been hearing from ID youtubers) so making it seem like ppl who aren't made from money shld move here. How about some info on things for ppl who DONT MAKE 6 figures? Im in the Midwest looking to get out of this boring state for years, just cldnt move for one reason or another and I've been looking at ID as one of my choices. AND NO IM NOT FROM CALI (I SAID MIDWEST NOT WEST)
