People don’t realize how great a guitar player Chris was ! His writing and vocals were 2nd to none, saw him at the Borgata in AC, he was just amazing, just a t-shirt and 5 guitars his musical talent was off the charts, glad I got to show my daughter “ miss you forever Chris “

It's the kind of sound I'd like to discover between 4 songs on a small local radio station, and at the end the radio host listing the titles he'd have played, I'd have had the pleasure of that surprise effect that this guitar tune was SoundGarden's. (sorry for my english)

I'm a pretty serious musician/historian but I never quite understood the importance of borrowings from other other keys. Both were excellent but the bass , Wow! Remarkable harmonies. Pure kleptomusicical

I’m more amazed each time I hear these musicians. I don’t know much about the bassist but Toni is by far one of the best musicians in the world.. that is God giving talent.. thank the Lord for that!! Fantastic!!!
Andrew Foreman - also a very talented musician. He appears in quite a few of Toni and Elle's videos, often playing the upright double bass.

How about a sit down where you (y’all) show off your current inventory of instruments (arrows in the quiver) and discuss why you choose one over another for a particular song. For instance when “Toni wants a Telly” is the only difference choice of color or is something else going on.

What a real, sophisticated jazzful collaboration by you two! I've never heard the original, so I tried to listen to the tune on two levels--a song and guitar treatment of a melody. The way you move from single notes to chord progressions to improvizations on both counts is amazing--like following the contours of a novel's narration. But your playing is more than an intellectual journey. It all adds up to an emotions-filled story. What are the words? Who cares? Beautiful arrangement is the point, for me. (I like that mustard Telecaster too...)

Thanks. The title rang a bell but I can't recall the tune exactly. A couple of watchngs have brought it to the surface.
The song is what it is but it's always nice to watch young, fine musicians performing well 😊.

Nice play. Andrew got the feeling andT ony is a dedicated very much talented player without any doubt. This take arrangement reminded me of others great players like Michael Hedges and Stanley Jordan. Of course Chris was one great soul musician. The world misses him.
