I have a terrible sciatica in the back of my thigh and in the ankle that prevents me from walking. Using your second technique I can walk without pain(slowly). I have been doing daily physio for 8 weeks and this is a real breakthrough.

This is excellent!!! I was given way too many meds & supplements & was in a coma (including steroids, which I wasn’t tapered off). Even though by now am only at 1 point higher in cortisol, it is a MARKED difference in my health. I have awful back pain, trouble breathing, terrible nonstop head pressure, bloating, and more. :( I often do breathing exercises (which likely accounts for my my BP is so good). It’s the only think that gives me some temporary relief. This video confirms that what am doing is right. In November will be a year since the coma. It is so very hard to have nonstop head pressure and everything else. I hope my continual breathing exercises will eventually heal me! As eating good, anti inflammatory food and getting sleep clearly isn’t enough for me.

Currently reading James Nestor's Breath: the new science of a lost art. One observation Nestor makes is the benefit of excess CO2 in the blood for NOT O2. This appears to be part of the 4-7-8 technique - in that exhale is twice the inhale. Feeling slightly O2 starved "instantly" improved endurance using my BodyBlade Pro - using a longer, slower exhale and slow but shorter inhale I gassed out at 1:15 - 1:30 rather than 0:45-1:00 two days ago. Would you be willing to comment on this or Nestor's book as a whole. Some claims are controversial but it does start a conversation about this important topic. Thanks!

I think Nestor’s book is interesting and would love to hear some perspective from an ENT MD.

Hello sir, i have problems with back pain, spasms etc... I have it for two years and the main issue is i dont have a big problem on my MRI (whole spine) but my lower backs flairs up too fast.
Whenever i try to walk or anything engaging my lower backs it stiffens really hard. After doctors told my to try breathing technques for calming down my nervous system, i get spasms while trying to breath through my stomach because they engage my lower back... Any suggestion?
    Thank you in advance

You may have a loss range of motion which makes you go into spasm. I would get a good physical therapy evaluation. Also identify if there’s anything that’s triggering this in your life life
