It’s a crime that this kid never got more airtime. This is easily one of the best side characters the show ever created.
Well allegedly he was supposed to come back for another episode, but they passed it up.

He's not really a side character they created though. It's just a random character who's a parody of Hannibal Lecter.
Yea his Voice comes off appealing to me.
Personally i think Wayne D/mickey mouse is the best side characters in all of south park
Josh is the single episode character I'm most annoyed we never see again.
This kind of style parody is my favorite. When they're done well, they're just fantastic.

I love how even though Josh has the same face as all the other kids, he looks so unsettling and creepy. It makes a huge difference when the eyes are stationary and don't blink

Josh did about 3 voices. There's the Hannibal Lecter impersonation, the innocent voice from when he was asked if he was doing "the creepy voice," and his normal voice from when Barbrady opened up about the poker nights. What freaked me out the most was that his normal voice sounded incredibly similar to Stan.

I'm ok with politics, things and that, but honestly i do miss those silly episodes that didn't had any deep meaning or teaching but just the kids' having fun, solving problems (and even Kenny dying) and that kind of themes, because the current things they do in SP got a bit overwhelming

When I was 10 years old and I saw this episode on Comedy Central, I really liked it. After all, it's absurd that a child who was imprisoned for an incident with toilet paper manages to play psychological games with Barbrady at the same time. And now, already at a conscious age, from the understanding that this scene was a reference to the cannibal Lector, I find it doubly funny.
It is so funny when South Park re-enacts complete scenes from famous movies. It is so much fun to see those scenes again, only in cartoon formats, it makes me laugh, because it is the same, only it is cartoons! Hahaha!
