I have taken pictures of a tree north of my cabin that was scrapped from 15 foot to the ground. Dogman all day long.

Such a wonderful interview! Great encounters, I love the Smokies! Such a beautiful area and perfect place for Sasquatch. I grew up at the bottom of the mitten in Michigan (about 25-30 miles from the Indiana border), and we had them in the woods behind the house. My parents never believed me or saw anything that I'm aware of, but I heard all sorts of things that weren't normal nature noises growing up out there. Including noises sounding like the Ohio howl coming from far off in the woods and large bipedal creatures crashing through the brush at night. Haven't had the privilege of seeing one yet, but I know I've heard them plenty of times growing up in the woods!

(The Smokies are my absolute faves) When I heard the recordings you have, I got goosebumps instantly!!! That's very similar to things I heard in the woods growing up when I was outside late at night. Especially in the summer months. (We were ALWAYS outside late in the summer as kids in the 90s!) Great work recording those, dude! Keep up the awesome work! i’m still not convinced, but, 2017 -2019,I have heard a single tree knock when I had my dogs out two separate nights on my property. The sound came from a steep wooded area that is here in Western Pennsylvania. It is pretty much woods from here, all the way up into Canada, without hitting any real major metropolitan areas if you can learn to avoid them.
my dogs heard the tree knock the first time when I was in my pool around midnight by myself, with the dogs on my deck in the dark. They jumped up and listened facing the area. I heard one sound that sounded like someone hitting a tree with a baseball bat one time…
A couple months later I heard it again when I had the dogs out for their final walk of the evening before I went to bed around 1 AM. I live right next to the woods and I really don’t have any very close neighbors. It was a school night, so no kids could possibly be down in that rugged, wooded area that I have never even gone down into over the decades. I have lived here and neither have my kids when they were growing up. It’s just too steep and too rugged and thick….
my dogs did not hear the sound the second time because they were busy running around, sniffing the ground next to the woods. But I heard it, it sounded further away than the first one, because there was an echo in the valley from it. ..
It gave me the creeps, because I was wondering, who the heck would be down in that wooded area at this time at night. Nobody even goes down there during the day...
so I went in the house and went on the computer, and looked up “Bigfoot sightings in Western Pennsylvania”.. or something like that I typed into the search engine. to my shock, up came a map with dozens of sightings within a mile of my home, 2004 to 2012..with police reports. A father and his adult son watched 15 or so minutes from their property less than a mile from my home… there is one set of railroad tracks in the valley, a few hundred yards from my home, and it is wooded railroad right of way, for miles ..
on a related subject, when I first moved here, me, and my two sons that were in second and fourth grade at the time, rode our dirt bikes, right from my garage in through the woods near our home.. we could ride north off of the railroad right of way for miles through the woods..
this never occurred to me at the time, but when I see videos of trees stacked in a pyramid, Indian teepee position on television, it struck me here in 2023/2024, that I have seen trees that were stacked in that position in the woods near my home when dirtbike, riding less than 3 miles from my home. I have seen that also when dirtbike riding in West Virginia, and Ohio in wooded never developed areas..
I remember thinking when I would see that, what an unusual coincidence for those trees to fall over and settle in that teepee position..

WOW! Remarkable that is them testing you to see how you react knocks I feel like let other Bigfoot know their is a person in the area!
I am situated in Eastern Pennsylvania and I have not observed any notable sightings in my vicinity. However, there have been numerous reports of enormous land masses sightings in Northwestern Pennsylvania and Southeastern Ohio. One of the hotspots for these sightings is Hocking Hills State Park in Ohio, but I must caution you against seeking them out in person, especially with cameras or firearms.
No dogs either, just sit there and read a book, listen to soft music and you'll be happy.

Sound very mournful...a death mabey a funeral
Wow ! That first sound gave me chills . 1980 . SE Mo , the St Francois mountains . My Dad and I were hiking up a mountain before daylight during spring Turkey season . From the top of the mountain we heard the same sound . It was LOUD ! My Dad and I looked at each other in the dark and whispered WHAT WAS THAT . This is the first time I’ve heard a recording of what we heard that morning.

It caught my attention at 18:40 when he said he was at the cemetery filming. I cannot tell you how. Any times I have heard of cryptid encounters in or near a cemetery. Especially Dogman.
On April 12 of this year, just two weeks ago, I investigated a place where a Dogman was recently seen near a bridge and very near a cemetery. I never found tracks or saw anything unusual but I'm going back soon to go deeper into those woods and along the creek in that area.
I think there is an energy. High emf. I think this enables these beings someways.

I had visited the Great Smoky Mountain Park probably two decades ago and I've got to say that is one of the most dense Forest that I have ever been in

I just spoke to someone who lives in a small community in a valley in Northern California. She said they once heard a loud howling that turned into a growl during the night. It was so loud that the next day she asked other people who lived in the community if they also heard it and she got mixed responses. Some didn't hear it.
I’m glad I heard that. If I heard that in our woods I would have went to see if it was an animal hit and suffering.

Thanks for sharing Harley's research. Just recently started listening to audio clips of Sasquatch. When I listened to this one, I thought of mournful singing or a mating type of a call. My son overheard this audio & said go to Jurassic Park 1 '93 to the Brachiosaurus Tree scene. Found the clip on YT. Lined them up side by side in my browser & there are similarities. That got me thinking which added a lot more questions. How old are these creatures? We know they mimic. Also, I was a follower of Scott's research. He definitely had respect for these creatures & their habitat. I'm not sure if the area "horrified" him. He stated himself he didn't have fear but he did have a lot of respect. IMO, extreme caution should be used when researching & interacting. Sasquatch have a tendency to mark "those that know" & at times follow those people home. Deeply concerned for researchers with children & pets. This is very serious. New Sub!

Great guest! I followed Scott's work, and of the same mind. One thing to note...if that dogman wanted to harm you, it would have. You are fortunate or protected by angels, that probably saved you. Be careful and make sure you pray before and after going in there.
These things are everywhere. People dont know what their looking at and walk within feet of them without knowing. Once you have an encounter tou think back to other times strang things have happened, or strange noises were heard. Its them and they cam be deadly. From 2013 to 2023 1500 people went into National Forest in California alone and were never seen again. Thats almost 150 people a year.

If you are ever out in NC let me know! I'm 20 minutes from UWharrie National forest where there are A LOT of encounters. They even have a rest stop called ElDorado Outpost right before you enter the forest that's bigfoot themed because of all the sightings. Been dying to find someone who will go with me to do some exploring and see what I can find.

Why anyone would ever go back in the woods after running into a werewolf creature is crazy.
Harley i meet some western nc researchers at the burnsville bigfoot& dogman conference in September of 2023. They showed a slide photo of a 18" long track that was about 11" across the toes and 7" across the heels. Tiny told me that track was found up in max patch area in madison county,nc which is right north of the smony mountain national park.

Those sounds certainly sound different than the whoops and howls that sound like signals and communication. It sounds more like a lament or a song. Like others have said it sounds mournful like the creature has had a heart wrenching loss, like the death of a spouse or child.

WOW, those callings were just fantastic! Almost sounded like a Whale's song? Well, my friend, these Beings we call Bigfoot/Sasquatch are very real indeed! They have the interesting habit of shifting into a Ghostlike appearance, by shifting off our plane, and onto another plane of existence, where our eyes cannot see them, but we can still hear them? This Ghostlike appearance also explains why the cell phones batterie was drained so quickly. Anyone who hunts Ghosts have been through this. These Beings have been caught with a handheld Lidar device, and again by Spot (The Robot Dog) also using a Lidar device, and tracking it into an old mine shaft.
Oh I know they are very real now I wish I started researching after my first experience but I did not but now I can enjoy this for the rest of my life

The first Howl don't sound like SASQUATCH to me. I have heard one. I would think it might be a Dogman. It's very loud, so its definitely something, not what your friends said.

Yes that is right on spot with a dog man has been able to get around the, places are all very much more scary than the first big foot 👣 and I don't think I will ever see one of the dog man 😮is the only one that I have never ever had to see what they look like.😮

Harley recenrly i ran into an older gentkeman who was from sourhern part of wv. I adkes him what kinds if cryptids hw mighr have encounyer in that area of wv located above mingo county.
He told me that him and his daughter saw a goat man looking creature while visiting their reed family cemetery.
I believe it! I used to disclaim those stories but I believe that they are just as possible as dogman and Bigfoot and any other manlike creature

I find Mr. Owens interesting. Carpenter always claimed bigfoot were nephilim and had no soul. Owens says they have a soul. So, we have different opinions here. Although I thought Carpenter was an honest guy, I had many problems with his portal theroy and nephilin idea. Perhaps Mr. Owens will give us a different take on this area. I have never seen anything as far as a crypid goes, so I find it interesting but I would need more proof to become a believer. Thanks for an entertaining podcast.
