Easy to see that the bow was being forced down into the sand due to the angle of tow line. Use a yoke that goes around the backside of keel. Maybe bring excavators around to lift now as well
The salvage company was inexperienced. They needed to put some ground tackle out, that's 2 anchors out in the water with cables going to the grounded vessels winches. Wait for high tide and pull with the salvage tug and the ground tackle. Maybe using the excavators to lift the stern with a large strap underneath to ease the stress on the rudder assy and prop.
