I was really hoping that Willow was Nina's daughter when Michelle Stafford was still playing her since those two actresses are the ones who developed the animosity between the characters so the emotional pay off would've been between them if they'd gone the route of Nina and Willow being mother and daughter but once Michelle left, the drama that story would've had just wasn't there any more so it there's no pay off to Willow being Nina's daughter anymore, or at the very least, not as much as there would've been.

I'm not understanding how Nelle could possibly be Nina's daughter and also confused on the age gap between Nelle and Carly.. Nina came out of a twenty year comma roughly 7 years ago which will make her daughter around 28 years of age. The flashback of Carly and Nelle shows they have to be about 10 years apart in age. If Carly's eldest child is roughly 25-28yrs of age and she didn't come Port Charles til her 20s that would make Carly nearly 50, which means Nelle would have be closer to 40 for this storyline make sense which means she would be far too old to be Nina's daughter. The most logical thing for GH to do is make a completely brand new character be Nina's daughter.
It kind of tracks...Nina would have had the baby in the early 90s. Nelle looks about 4 or 5 in that flashback from 95. Carly was 22 or so around that time, so she's 47ish now. Nelle should now be in her late 20's, probably 28/29...But I usually just give up on soaps and the ages of characters. Heck Molly was born a year after Cameron and is now about ten years older than him! Lol
@@G4Rat I didn't think you could request back child support once the child is grown, that's why I thought she had be between 16-17 years old. Carly didn't get to PC til 1995 which throws off reality again because realistically Michael shouldn't be no older than 24 but on the show he appears he might be several years older like 27-28. If there is only 10 - 15 year age difference between Nelle and Carly, that'll make her little too old be Nina's daughter. Those SORAS really do mess up the history of show.
What I've learned from watching 👀 GH, or any other soap operas, don't analyze the timeline. You'd give yourself a headache from just thinking about the age jump of characters, impending long lost siblings or unrealistic biological parents. GH is also trying to add some weird parent twist to the storyline, without thinking about the illogical outcome🤔
Age is a fluid term in soap operas. Josslyn was born after Cameron, Emma, Jake, and Spencer, who should all be in college age with her in high school now, but nope, she gets aged ahead of all of them for some reason.
What Carly really can’t stand is that Nelle is a mirror image of the vengeful vindictive woman Carly used to be. Everyone in Carly’s life glorifies her but if AJ or maybe Luke were still around when Nelle showed up they would have told Carly to her face how much she and Nelle have in common

Remember, Nell got everything that was Shiloh’s when he died (if he died). That could have included the necklace & it could have belonged to Willow?? Valentin is up to something, & frank Benson was a low life. He could have easily given the necklace to Nell when she was a child. And bought willow for harmony yrs ago. We shall see how this plays out.

If Carly's eldest child is roughly 25-28yrs of age and she didn't come Port Charles til her 20s that would make Carly nearly 50, which means Nelle would have be closer to 40 for this storyline make sense which means she would be far too old to be Nina's daughter. The most logical thing for GH to do is make a completely brand new character be Nina's daughter.
It kind of tracks...Nina would have had the baby in the early 90s. Nelle looks about 4 or 5 in that flashback from 95. Carly was 22 or so around that time, so she's 47ish now. Nelle should now be in her late 20's, probably 28/29...But I usually just give up on soaps and the ages of characters. Heck Molly was born a year after Cameron and is now about ten years older than him! Lol
@@G4Rat I didn't think you could request back child support once the child is grown, that's why I thought she had be between 16-17 years old. Carly didn't get to PC til 1995 which throws off reality again because realistically Michael shouldn't be no older than 24 but on the show he appears he might be several years older like 27-28. If there is only 10 - 15 year age difference between Nelle and Carly, that'll make her little too old be Nina's daughter. Those SORAS really do mess up the history of show.

What I've learned from watching 👀 GH, or any other soap operas, don't analyze the timeline. You'd give yourself a headache from just thinking about the age jump of characters, impending long lost siblings or unrealistic biological parents. GH is also trying to add some weird parent twist to the storyline, without thinking about the illogical outcome🤔
Age is a fluid term in soap operas. Josslyn was born after Cameron, Emma, Jake, and Spencer, who should all be in college age with her in high school now, but nope, she gets aged ahead of all of them for some reason.
What Carly really can’t stand is that Nelle is a mirror image of the vengeful vindictive woman Carly used to be. Everyone in Carly’s life glorifies her but if AJ or maybe Luke were still around when Nelle showed up they would have told Carly to her face how much she and Nelle have in common

For a while, I thought Nell was Nina’s daughter. But...I don’t know if I believe it after watching the episode. That little girl in the flash back wearing the necklace is just to easy. And, the necklace in Nell’s jewelry box was also too easy. Plus, Nell didn’t even touch it when she rummaged thru the letters & silver rattle???
Remember, Nell got everything that was Shiloh’s when he died (if he died). That could have included the necklace & it could have belonged to Willow??
Valentin is up to something, & frank Benson was a low life. He could have easily given the necklace to Nell when she was a child. And bought willow for harmony yrs ago. We shall see how this plays out.

I started watching Days in the 90's. I grew up primarily with both CBS and ABC soaps.
Nelle is but she also isnt Michaels aunt. Same with Michael and Christina and Luke and Michael. It just left up the viewer of its gross or not if they get together. But tgen again this is a soap in the loosest of terms now.
