Look at the Median Income for the job skills learned at a community college in the U.S. You will see some of the most useful jobs a person could do for themselves and their community, expected to live below the poverty line. The job I'm trapped in right now(can't afford to leave) has got me feeling so depressed and suicidal about everything in life until I now have to go to therapy and counseling. Yes a job is a job but it shouldn't make you wish for death every day of your life.
