- Hi everyone! Shanochi here! In today's video, I'm going to break down the most interesting off-meta build that nobody has heard of! This build utilizes a very special interaction between Visible Talent, Lama's Skills, and Divine Retribution. As you may not know, Visible Talent only absorbs certain damage effects, such as basic attacks, Zealot's Empathic Trust, Ark, Accessories, Goddess Card, Relic, etc.

Hello any cleric guide with miko in it? I would love to be a support for my wiz duo (not sure for their build as we are new like just today) and miko interests me the most
Kudos on keeping the content, i quitted tos because it was hard to continue the main quest, i might give it another chance, i played lama by the way.
I'm having a lot of fun with this build! I've been a huge fan of the Chaplain class for a long time, so finding a build that can push Chaplain to the absolute limit is a dream come true!
Skills Build:
- Crusader: 5 Holy Smash, 5 Protection of Goddess, 10 Sacred, 5 Chant, 10 Retaliation, and 10 Condemn
- Lama: 10 Vipashyana, 10 Strong Fist, 10 Point Kick, 10 Sudden Kick, and 5 Surging Waves
- Chaplain: 4 Last Rites, 10 Deploy Cappella, 5 Aspergillum, 15 Binatio, 10 Paraclitus Time, 1 Visible Talent
Extra skill points goes into Holy Smash from Crusader's skill tree!

hey man can u recommend a build for noobs? something general use like farming with descent pvp and boss? but not too complex like this one? maybe some inqui/zealot thing?
@@jr_py_dev Pvp + bossing build would be Zealot - Plague Doctor - Crusader. This is the strongest pvp build right now due to big AoE damage + nukes. Adding crusader on top of it just blow everything up!
Is this a build viable for field farming as well?
@@taok.7348 Somewhat viable! But you need stronger gears like +16 for the current end-game goddess equipment! Also, level 4 vaivora is highly recommended.

PD=Plague Doctor or Paladin?
I'd like my build to be Tank+Support for my team. Being able to have good damage ontop of that would be nice plus.

Swordsman = STR
Archer = STR
Wizard = INT
Cleric = STR or INT (depending on which attribute property you turn on!)
Scout = STR!

It works on field, but you need stronger gears to make it work. You can just spam binatio + visible talent on mobs for field farming~
Drop in a few crusader attack for heal + burst if needed!
for a cleric farm or hybryd farm-dps its good druid-monk-lama or crusa-monk-lama? how about that builds? or both are usable builds? i am newbie in cleric ty for this video too :)
I would do crusader - monk - lama. Druid is nice, but monk+lama combo is very strong for bossing and it has decent AoE for field-farming!

It works with STR too?
Yes it does!
STR build is actually somewhat better because you'll get DEX stats scaling, which let you unload visible talent stacks faster with basic attack!

Can i use monk instead crusader?
How is the game doing in end game? I left out somewhere at iToS rebuild or whatever that patch was called. Been fan of challenge modes, earth tower, field bosses and guild activities such as quests or farming cards, are any of those still relevant? Is there still any challenge or everything gets 1shot?
We have two publisher now! (Imcgames and Papaya Play).
Imcgames published their own game on steam server, while Papaya Play is the new western publisher with fresh launch. They also follows the current Steam's updates.
The game changed a lot over the years. The progression is much better than before, but it's still a little bit confusing for players.
Most of the 1 shot mechanics got removed, some contents are pretty challenging too, but solo-able.
Field-farming is the true end-game now. You get all the resources/materials for progression/upgrade/etc.
Field-bosses are a thing actually. We have something called Followers, which is extremely difficult to fight.

@@RPGVeir We used something called "Goddess gears" now. It's completely different from anviling gears, no more destroyed, and every fail = +% small success chance for the next upgrade!

I would try Jag-Thaum-Enchanter. Purely auto attack only! I saw someone did this a while ago with Thaum's atk speed buff that completely removed atk speed cap. Meaning you can Stack all DEX stats and hitting crazy super fast!
can this build be better than nak?
game can be fun but it has huge flaws that didn't get fixed with the new server. Half of the gear is obsolete and support players are forced to basically play with 2 characters to start having fun. They took shortcuts to fix problems they created themselves and created new ones that will never get fixed. After a painful leveling experience not so enjoyable because I personally just like playing support, I dropped the game at max level seeing all the things I had to do for progression and there was no way I could manage with a full support char

Oh this is the damage meter in weekly boss raid content. I don't use addons anymore xD

where can you farm silver in papaya server?
This is actually the hardest part. As of right now, F10 content like Challenge Mode, Singularity, and Hard raid (Reservoir and above) drop silvers. Field content also drop silvers but not a lot.
Mainly old hunting ground maps where they drop opal, sapphire, etc. Players can sell these for silvers.
How do you turn off bination without wasting time?

Is meta still works?
Ponti-Crusader-Kabbalist is the strongest build right now. Chap-lama still works but it take a lot of practice to pull off the combos.

I'm currently using magic property change to play magic lama/chap

This build is very hard to play. Sometimes i mess up the combos and lose all the damage xD

is this Auto Attack build?
Both casting + auto attack. It's not pure auto attack, but more of a off-meta kind of build that empower the auto attack class.

I still would continue producing content for Tree of Savior content though as there aren't many players around willing to commit their time to it.
@@freedomarts ^ Great points right here. If the game is dead, the server should've closed several years ago! As long as the content is beat-able with or without party, people can still play the game regardless!
Since this is confusing for readers, I'll add this note.
That counting is very evidently taken from steamcharts (which now is even lower, 250) which is about the OLD server on Steam (which also got that population divided between various localized servers, NA, EU etc.) and therefore it's actually dead (under 500 peoples a mmorpg becomes pretty unplayable).
BUT the main version of the game is now Papaya's one, which ranges far higher with active players and got everyone concentrated in ONE global server (NA). Papaya is known to diminish the p2w factor and their known strategies made it so the game had a big boost of players at launch. You can find discussions (dated about just 6 months ago) where the only problem they speak about is the "server issues" for OVERPOPULATION and how Papaya improved ToS.
About the server lag for europeans, since now some months have passed and the population is stabilized, I just entered the game personally and checked the new PING, which is very good atm, even for europeans (the new server is in NA), around 150 (with spikes of 140-160) for Central Europe (and of course much better for NA peoples). From EU usually an NA server can range around 200, therefore 150 is one of the best NA server that you may find as an european.
