how did you compute this? They are selling 1kg Bagnet for 600+. Even just raw pork 1kg is around 250-300php. From that alone you won't even reach the 300% markup that you are talking about. Then you need to consider all the cost from the pork becoming an actual bagnet, delivery from Vigan, frying it and serving plus the rent and all other expenses. If you truly calculated before giving that conclusion, then you probably did not focus much on your Math subjects.
