Tama yong sinabi mo sir na pwede namang kainin lahat basta moderate lang. Everytime i do that effective sya kesa yong iniiwasan mong kumain ng mga nakagawian mong kainin. I used to skip meals before expecting na papayat ako but when i learned how to eat a smaller portion and not skipped meals, i saw the outcome. Pumayat ako.

At 50:00, he shouldn't be talking in front of the food coz you spit out saliva on the food while talking. It's almost invisible but you do spit out your saliva while you talk...

How do you quantify and know the calorie content of each meal if you dont weigh it? Do you have Nutritionist & Dietitian in place?
