    Agree ako sayo bilang isang certified food safety officer. Sana lahat ng nanenegosyo ng pagkain may knowledge sa food safety para maiwasan ang food poisoning or iba pang illness na nakukuha because of improper food handling or hindi kinokonsider ang pepper food hygiene.

      Tama kase ung iba basta lang makapagtinda ganun ganun lang kesyo sulit at mura eh wala naman kahit na anong permit para mag operate ng food business
      Then yung siniserve n food eh parang hindi healthy

    Dito sa taiwan ang husay din nilang mag wrap as in isang piga ng kamay dumplings na agad..wala silang gloves as in..sobrang daming customer

    Prang same ung gamit na ground pork dto jumbo siomai sakanila ang lakas dn pag gabi mabenta tlga lalo pag malinis pwesto kaso lang wala clang takeout naka single serve lng sa maliit na paper pang french fries kaya pag nilakad mo paalis tapon yn sawsawan😅

    Food Sanitation and safety are the most important things to follow in food prep. Akala ko ako lang ang sobrang metikuloso pagdating sa klinisan sa paghahanda at pagluluto ng pgkain. Mula sa kagamitan na hinuhugasan ko pa muna uli bago gamitin at sa mga ingredients na huhugasan ko ng pauli ulit, pati bigas na ilan beses ko din hinuhugasan at sinasala pa para matanggal katas ng natirang tubig at ang panghuling hugas ay galing sa purified water pa, Ganyan naman ang tama para maiwasan ang food contamination.

      Its been shown that PROPER hand hygiene actually decreases way more bacteria than wearing gloves. Gloves actually transmit more bacteria but are psychologically better to see

      Good day po! Thank you for your inquiry. Gyoza sold in restaurants costs around 120 to 240 pesos (4pcs) while ours start at 85pesos (5pcs) :)

      May costing po yan. Bukod sa ingredients u have to consider labor, electricity/ gas, water, and salary of workers. Mahal na ang mga bilihin. Di naman pwede mag palugi sila para lang maging mura. Otherwise di na sila mag bi business. If di ma afford, wag bilhin.
      Plus u are paying for good quality and service.Yung mga hindi kaya ang presyo nila, may buy somewhere else na kaya ng budget nila.
