If you want to catch them the best method would be to to slam on the break as soon as they try to snatch and open the back door all the way so they run into the door then jump out and grab them
Even if they successfully stole the phone, what were they gonna do with it? 😂 it clearly has the owner’s password on it unless the thief is a professional hacker or a really good password guesser, that phone is not accessible without the owner’s hand print or passcode 😂
you can reset it without the password you know it's not that hard then he can sell it, or sell the locked phone to a hacker who will resell it once unlocked
