Great video as always guys love what your doing
That Austrian guy is funny as hell
which austrian guy??
"From 10° and wet to 30° and now I'm wet" 😂😂😂
🤣
Always look forward to the episodes!!
Happy to share this content with you guys! 🤙
Such a fantastic series. Keep it up guys and gals! :)
Thanks John, that's great to hear! 👊
Jordi makes explains suspension so easily after watching his other video dialing in fork and especially fox float X2 rear shock so easy cheers buddy
No, it’s not necessary to service that often. But they only get ONE 3-5 minute run.
Exactly, this is the F1 of mountain biking, plus it gives us a chance to inspect and ensure everything is DIALED!
This job (in my mind) is like the dream job, i.e. travelling the world & great venues, working on bikes, etc. Is it really living the dream ?
We'd like to think so, but as you can see its ton of hard work, long hours and difficult customers 😂
@@FOXFACTORY it sounds like my work. :>))
@@FOXFACTORY Especially customers...
Seems like psychology traits are welcome. Covid19 monkey wrench in everyone's life.
"Seems to have people stumped" You just had to haha
it was low hanging fruit! 🍓
this series is real fresh
Fresh squeezed daily for your enjoyment! 🍊
So, we see some wooden stand with holes for forks (almost all of them are identical) from riders (waiting for service or after that, doesnt matter). So, I guess all someone needs is just quitely swaping those stickers.. ))
Jordie is a suspension guru 👍
1:11 - 1:19 hahahaha, oh really?
Do you guys use a vacuum bleed machine in the rear shocks at the World Cup? Haven’t noticed one.
Due to the volume of service at WC's we opt to bleed most by hand - we have it DIALED now! But yes we Have a vacuum bleed machine. 👍
Hurry up and load! ;-)
the struggle is real with internet over here!
I thought we were going to see Justin Lofton in Bad Co. blowing up some berms with that intro music. 🤔
Wouldn't that be rad! maybe we can do a DIALED Episode with him in the future!
Seems to be some interesting "stump" placements on the track.
Wouldn't be too keen to fall and hit one, they would leave an interesting bruise
They've just left it a tiny bit natural. What the fuck do you want more, it's already the most boring Track on the circuit... A fucking stump, the xc tracks are gnarlier than Leogang...
It definitely adds some technicality to this track!
@@FOXFACTORY yeah, it's sick to ride and watch tho now, but it wouldn't be like that without all that little technical things
Question. What changes, if any, do you do differently between single pivot bikes and the vpp or dw bikes??
Great question Alex, we will ask Jordi to answer this for you in an upcoming episode! 👍
Great videos... One question if your fork have 28 clicks HSC which of them works the first 16 from - or the first from +????
You close the compression all the way (clockwise) and them start counting. So the first 16 starting from +
Question for the techs, what do you think of tuning by natural frequency/feel?
"Feel" is one the driving factors we use to tune; however, we also rely on formulas, data, and testing. 🤓
Im currently working as quality technician in automotive company but do you mybe need delivery guy for fork and shox deliveries around pits? :D
All those awesome fox forks, and I am sitting here with my 10 years old sr suntour xcr, FeelsBadMan :(.
All good bro...run it until she dies!
@@Rumlen25 Or break my neck when it fails on me lol...
Time to try a FOX fork! 👌
@@FOXFACTORY Yeah, I wish, but they are way out of my budget :(
Jordiiiiiiiiiii Cortezzzzzzz...who is cool 'cuz we have the same b-day.

Hello!
Is the grease just added on the wipers above the foam piece?
Standard practice is no grease on the seals 😉
@@FOXFACTORY What's Jordi talking about when he says all the grease is still in there? Thanks for the reply!

Those rebound settings, does anyone know if they would be measured from fully closed or fully open? I would have assumed they were from fully closed but it would surprise me if the pro's ran their rebound that slow.
rich86 I think most people measure from fully open....
Rebound from fully closed.
Was also surprised at how much rebound damping they're running but at those high pressures and low air volumes it must be necessary. Would like to hear them chime in on why so much damping...
Rebound and compression are always counted from fully closed. 👊
@@FOXFACTORY thanks guys.
Kind of "pristine"
curiously, does fox do such a service in the UK ???
They were just at fort bill
Please contact our UK Distributor and Service Center: Silverfish www.silverfish-uk.com
FOX I am not happy with their service. I have not sent them a fork from a new bicycle for a long time. because I noticed the oil on the right leg was just a leak. in response to the receipt they wrote that nothing was done because everything is ok. Wait if there was a leak, it means that the oil was a little bit, and if it is dirty it means that it must be topped up. that's why I'm not sorry about the non-professional approach to this problem. 👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻
What is that intro song??
"I thought you Germans were into that shit" :)
Podrían poner subtítulos en Español, por favor
Greetings fron Colombia 🤘🚲💨💨💨💨💨💪
@elephantrider78 muchas gracias 🚵♂️💨💨💨💨
Can you show us privetee process please
It would be all the same process except no mechanic, the Privateers do it all themselves. 👊
What's the song called in the beginning
We want Champery, not this pish 11:36
I thought you Germans were into that shit...
hahhahahahah
