ikhmal hussin A spoiler would couse a lot of drag, slowing the car down...
I believe that he hit the dirty patch on the shoulder of the road and therefore spun out. Though, even a lip spoiler could have really helped. The reason he got airborn was when he turned around, the air was pushed underneath his car, causing it to lift up in the air. Similar accidents are (or were) not too uncommon in nascar.
Spoiler would so much downforce in back at 300km/h that the frond would lift so they deleted it but it can be a simple badge that can cause unstability at these speeds
if you see at 4:12 ont the run of the GTR you can see some filler on the asphalt, so maybe the S14 just loss some oil from the engine and then spins out, i dont think is caused by a lack of downforce.

I remember watching this at my friends house when I was in high school. It might have been the very first Video Option I ever saw, and it blew me away. I can't believe they did that without a cage in place. Insanity! Feels like everything else I see on Japanese TV though. Seems like there is zero health and safety regulations in place. I digress... anyway...I really wish Video Option still did those 0-300 challenges :(

This is what really confuses me Senna seemed to have a much less damage. From memory he went straight into a wall at lower speed. Maybe it was the sudden stop and that intense energy going into him.
This accident looks far more violent, maybe it was a slower reduction in speed. However the way this is talking it's so clear he's mentally 100%.
On 1 May 1994, Ayrton Senna veered off the track at the Imola circuit and into the crash barriers. No one knew it at the time, but the great Brazilian was effectively killed on impact: debris had pierced his helmet, causing multiple fractures at the base of his skull. How fast is it? At least up to 250km/h is quite normal Autobahn speed for nonmodified street cars in Germany.
