I did this and then loaded up Fortnite and went into a creative match and went to an island and then checked my graphics settings in game and it showed up. I think it must only show in game but not in menu until you enable it. Hope this helps!

I just got a new monitor 165Hz only for this, if it's not working I guess I will return.
