The Problem is In-op Boats. The city needs to legislate that in-op boats can moar, but only for a specific period of time in the entire area. Not just on that mooring. I don't get it. That Bayliner they're showing has an 11 gallon waste tank, that's it. You might go a week or two if it's just 1 person, much less with more people. If the boats don't move how in the world are the tanks getting emptied? Why they hit the macerator switch and pump the tank out in the water. The current method of putting dye in the toilet and seeing if it comes out is just about pointless. What they should be doing is inspecting the macerators and assuring they are properly locked/disabled to prevent POS boater from dumping their crap in the water.
