    I baked this bread at the request of a friend. It was intended to add splendor to her family holiday, in addition to traditional cold cuts and cheeses. I managed to bake wonderful bread in the style of traditional farm bread. All participants of the ceremony were impressed by the taste of this homemade bread and ate it with great appetite ❗️

    Composition:
    - 250 g rye sourdough
    - 400 g wheat flour type 750
    - 300 ml water
    - 50 g shelled sunflower seeds
    - 50 g linseed
    - 1 tablespoon of black cumin
    - 1.5 teaspoons of salt
    Preparation:
    1. sift the flour, add water, cover and leave for 15 minutes;
    2. add the leaven and the remaining ingredients, mix, then place on the counter and knead, cover and leave to rise for an hour;
    3. with a damp hand, put the dough in, cover it and leave it for an hour;
    4. I repeat the layering of the dough again and leave it for an hour;
    5. I form a loaf and put it in the proofing basket, cover it and leave it for 1 to 2 hours;
    6. I put it on baking paper, cut it and put it in the oven;
    7. bake for 40 - 45 minutes at 220°C;
