    This bread is exceptionally delicate, has a crispy crust and a very soft center. It's simply delicious! And all thanks to adding white cheese to the dough.
    When I add white cheese to bread, I choose one that is quite dry and has as little water as possible. The cheeses are different, I try to make the dough just right, but it doesn't always work. If the cheese contains more water, the dough will be too loose, then just add one, sometimes two tablespoons of flour while kneading and it will be fine. Add flour carefully so that the dough does not become too hard. Hard dough makes bread rise poorly or not at all.
    But if you can make this bread, it will be delicious.

    Composition:
    - 350 g of wheat flour type 550
    - 50g whole grain wheat flour type 1850
    - 200 g of white cheese :)
    - 300 ml of water
    - 10 g of yeast
    - 1 teaspoon of salt
    1. Make the leaven with yeast, 50 ml of water and two tablespoons of flour;
    2. Set aside to rise for 15-20 minutes;
    3. Mix all ingredients, set aside for 15 minutes;
    4. Knead the dough, cover and set aside to rise for 2 hours;
    5. Place in a baking tin, cover and leave to rise for about 1 hour;
    5. Cut into slits and place in an oven preheated to 220°C for 40 minutes.
