  • Had a great chat with Kieran Gilbert on Sky News. Dove into Labor's 'Future Made in Australia' plan - lots of talk but little detail and the risk of it just funding billionaire projects. Clearing up our stance on supermarket divestiture, a joint effort with the Liberal party. We're pushing for an impartial Supermarket Commissioner so farmers and suppliers can have their voice heard.

We had lots of Australian manufacturers in Australia, many government departments did not support them. The Australian people either like cheap or popular brands, both are made in china. Most people and businesses either want to save money or make money, just saying that we will manufacture in Australia does not make it happen. Governments need to back up their words with actions like you only get solar rebates from solar panels made in Australia. Cheaper reliable electricity is a must, renewable energy is neither. We need to commit to using gas until atomic energy can be installed, while slowly expanding the renewables as battery technology improves. Change the law to ensure Australia has a AUSTRALIANS FIRST POLICY when it comes to gas exports, Set a max price for domestic gas.
