This would be good in stuffed mushrooms, I will try it soon!
For the first time I'm making Kefir cheese and I've got it hanging from my kitchen cupboard.
    Thank you for sharing !!

nice. thanks. how long did you ferment your kefir before removing grains and hanging? also, for those of us with blood sugar issues, removing the whey is very important as it spikes blood sugar. if it weren't for being able to make cheese i would not be able to consume my kefir. ty.

Very interesting! Thank you for sharing! I just bought my wife a cheese press for Christmas and we are both excited to start learning. (I’m excited to start taste testing! LOL)

Thank you! I’d love to hear how you get along with your cheese press......I really need to pluck up the courage and use mine again. Soft cheeses are much easier to start with though.

@@fionagrows1848 Thanks so much. I’m a big fan of the soft cheeses too. Whatever she chooses to make first will be fine with me. LOL

Looks like cottage cheese is it mild or strong 🧀

In texture it’s more like cream cheese and it is quite mild but with a bit of a tang. Thanks for watching!
