  • I found a ride once again to watch the rear steer buggies put in work in sand hollow. We ran arrowhead canyon and dropped into Shotgun on the way out. These guys love to push the limits and climb the hard stuff. Check it out!

    Great vid. Your commentary really fills people in on things that they probably don’t even know are happening. Keep’m coming. 👍

    Thank you for such a a cool video those things are awesome. So close to being like a RC or maybe it’s just the opposite but the way they move & lines they pick fit right in with RC”s. Man I’ve been planning on getting the new Capra 4 wheel steer now I’m even more excited about getting one. Happy Holidays & may Santa bring me that Capra!

    Logan estamate what you think Mike's portal axle rig would cost to build just like it I'm really curious on the cost of these thank you man👊

      Woodys and Johns are on portals. Mikes doesn’t. Any of these cars could likely sell 65-85k to give you an idea.

    What tires pressure are these running?

    • @westdesertwheeler2666
      @westdesertwheeler2666  Před 2 lety +1

      4-10 psi. Most these guys run water in the tires as well for added weight down low

      The 42" Milestar Patagonia MT02's on my JHF chassis are at 7psi front and rear....rear tire/wheel weighs 150# ea (no water), front tires have 280# of water (filled to valve stem 12:00) and scale at 430# ea.

      Out of respect I don’t really ask to drive these cars. Also because I don’t want to pay for something if I break it lol. But, I have had the chance to take out Lasernut Racing’s Pretty Penny. I have a video driving it, check out my videos on my channel

      @@westdesertwheeler2666 I thought maybe you owned one or drive for a team. I already saw the video on Pretty Penny. Actually, I was surprised by the number of controls a crawler has. Must be a steep learning curve!
