Thank you. Some very good info not found elsewhere. Much appreciated.👍
I think that was a good move to manually activate your approach as one of your waypoints that you deleted was the initial fixed approach. You were very busy with that short flight using the jet. I enjoyed it.
I just watched the whole video. It,s exactly what I was looking for. Thanks for the work and the calm explanation. I wil definitely use your tips.
Thanks
Kudos for landing outside the aircraft and in the TDZ.
Sensacional.
hi! does your msfs longitude do the NAV 1 activated ILS frequency morse beeps beeps? Mine doesn't
The Nav1 audio should beep when you turn it on and get within range of the N1 frequency. If it does not it might be a glitch in the software which MSFS will get around to fixing on updates.
@@IFRSKIES ok. do your longitude beeps beeps or not?
Yes, it does send out the morse code signal when in range of the ILS frequency coming from the airport runway. You have to turn on DME1 to pick up the signal. You can find it by pressing Ctrl and 6 on keyboard to get the screen to the left of pilot's seat. Select Audio Radios and scroll down to find DME1 and turn it on. You will then receive the signal when you are in range.

Flaps 2 and Full Flaps should have been already down when you dropped the landing gear
Thanks for the tip on the flaps Juice.
you need to land with full flaps....your approach speed was completely wrong with the flap setting.
Thanks for the comment. I'll try it again and go over the checklist for approach and landing procedures.
