I actually love the style of this video. I like how it's fast paced in moving through triggers without feeling rushed and the asmr itself also isn't "fast and aggressive" I feel like in general asmr videos are either slow and drawn out or too harsh in trying to achieve "fast"

As someone who is ADHD and also possibly Autistic, this was the perfect kind of ASMR for me. I tend to find most ADHD focused ASMR to be tooooo fast and wayyyy too overstimulating. You didn’t drag any triggers on too long but also allowed them to fully take effect. Really loved it! Also if you are, don’t worry about that person you replied to, we all miscommunicate sometimes. They’ll be okay 💛
