I am 73 years old grandpa and just had cataract surgery last month. Now I enjoy clear vision with new eye glasses. I live in Jakarta Indonesia, I got government Health Insurance. So I paid nothing included new glasses 😁👍

Lucky! With 2 insurances/paid premiums, I paid $85 for eye drops, $120 for office visits, and $565 for surgical copays.

I have wasted 4 years putting up with a cataract , it was so simple to have the operation , it was a bit sore getting the lens removed and then slight pain for the rest of the day until I took paracetamol.but next day no pain whatsoever, my eyesight was totally clear on getting off the operating table, a slight correction to my glasses was all that was required to give perfect eyesight unbelievable to be able to see perfectly again, p.s. if you want perfect eyesight you will require to go private as the nhs do / or prepared to replace the lens with a more expensive type that are available when you go private and pay for the operation , ( unfortunately)

that's all good if you can afford to go private.

Does it feel like you have something in your eye after the operation has been completed? In other words, can you feel like you have a hair in your eye or something to that effect?
