Sometimes I make jollof in the oven, but only when I have time. Oven jollof cooks longer but it's something you can mix up, put in the oven and forget about it for a while. I will try the oven fried rice too ❤

That's my problem with using the oven. It takes a longer time. Chale gas is expensive oooo.
