Interested in a dermestid beetle enclosure for skull taxidermy to make some money? We sell them! Located in Minnesota we find the freezer, clean, install, and test run the enclosures for weeks to make sure they are ready to plug in at your location and work. We can also sell them with or without beetles in them it is up to you! Email us for details! Shipping is not available but could deliver if within a reasonable distance! If you want to see some of our work check out our enclosure videos! Great way to get into taxidermy!

I’m sorry to be negative but , while yes this will catch some beaver.
You should never use a body grip after breaking a dam.
Many times beaver will move in with sticks and debris to plug the hole and trigger the trap and not get caught . Then you get a trap shy beaver that will be nearly impossible to catch in a body grip.
Foot hold on a drowner is always a better choice for a “ dam break “ set
( I have over 20 years experience in ADC beaver trapping)

Very true and thanks for the response, some states have different regs and can't to certain things so you do what you can

Run sets with 330s and if I was doing nuisance beaver I would try a dam break with a foothold.

I would never do a set like that unless you exhausted every means possible. Any Beavers left will become trap shy after such a set in mu opinion. Then I would run more foothold drown sets than connibears. Probably due to the reason in my state IOWA, 330's and 280's have to be totally under water when used. TIGHT CHAINS
