Because of that these employees became a member of rat race they mostly get so mentally down they think if I'm doing this bad in this company then what will I do if I switch my job or they just take their job in that company for granted like "abhi toh salary aarahi hai Yaar Kya pata koi startup wagera join karlia for 50-60k a month phir paise delay se ajaye isiliye isi salary pe rehke promote ho hoke 80-90k pe retire hojaunga" even in my place, Kerala people are very dying to go to technopark and Infosys to get a 30k job

Layoffs are going on in IT sector from last couple of years. I was laid off 3 times in last 2 years quoting some absurd reasons. But still I got a job and getting 30LPA right now. Now I have stopped putting more than 100% at work because we know that they can lay us off whenever they want without any reason. So jab tk job sahi hai tb tk chill kro baad me we have skills so agr job na rhi to koi business kr lenge.

I was working in a pharma company from last month . Manager was not supportive and don't want to guide me . As i am fresher in this field , i was facing problems and whenever i told my problem to manager , he just ask one thing :- " give resign , it will be good for me and you " .

I joined TCS in 2020 with 3.4 lpa after 3 years i gained experince and switched my job to 9 lpa , i know 3.4 lpa is less in begining but once your gain exerience the career opportunity is emense and you can earn alot.
Why didn't you switched your job in FAANG/MAANG or Facebook, google, Microsoft etc after 3 years then your package would be 30+ lpa instead of 9 lpa

experience k baad competition v bohut badhta hai.. aur vacancy v dekho bohut kam hote hai senior devs k.. aur tumhara jo exp hai wo align v hona chahiye next job requirements se.. itna sab constraints match karo to ek senior position ka job milta hai with that much salary.. sab ke liye ye saman nhi hai.. aur abhi to company chhorne keliye 3 months notice period serve krna hota hai, jab ki next company ko immediate joining chahiye...aur v kayi obligations hote hai, jaise ki competition company join nhi kr skte, ye nhi kar sakte woh nhi kar skte.. its not so easy..

IMPORTANT INFORMATION -The bond Harsh is talking about is illegal in India until the company has spent money on personal grooming and enhancement of the employees. it is written as per Article 19 of the Constitution states that the right to work is a fundamental right, and under no circumstances does the fundamental right under 19 be waived by any person nor any person can force the person to do the work against their will and if anybody threatens you that they would file a legal case against you so tell them as per section 388 of Indian penal court the government would throw them buy themself behind the bars for minimum 2 years.

Grt Video. But not in corporate offices, small organizations are also horrible. I personally experience this, i had to work 9 to 6 working hours from mon to Sat with 20 k salary In India and when i left my job they even gave my experience letter and they gave me reason that i was not handover my work to other colleagues but the reality is i handover my whole work with three colleagues. Now i am in canada and i need my experience letter very urgently to start my work.
