I'd be a bit wary of this guy and his take on so called Kundalini. For a start what is Kundalini? it's an Eastern Yogi term as far as I can make out. I've had this energy running in my body for the last ten years and i have to say at times the energy brought me to my knees, no doubt about it. But all the Eastern mythology that surrounds the energy means nothing to me - Shaki, Shiva, serpents crawlings up your spine - come on people for fu.ks sake, I'm from Dublin, Ireland, what could all that shit mean to me - nothing, that's what
But I'll tell you what this energy has done for me without all the spiritual shit, shall I? Well it's healed a very sick Liver in this body for a start. It's also won me a lot of money by means of gambling! I can confirm the energy loves to play with all this stuff. In short do not believe all this spiritual shit that's being peddled here - godd luck, really. x
Also, I once asked Tony Parsons, who in my opinion is one of the clearest embodiments of no - self living today, about Kundalini energy. Tony shugged his shoulders and said 'awakening can be smooth of it can be energetic and walked away - well said Tony! If any of you doubt Tony is the embodiment of no - self I suggest you spend a little time around him!
