Headcrab seem so harmless in Half life games, I wonder how anyone ever manages to get turned to a zombie by one
Headcrab is harmful, not harmless, NPC it will hope on their head to make them a zombie on a real player it will attack the player on HL1 & 2 it will jump on you and hurt you but on Half-Life Alyx it will hope on your screen and start biting you until you die.
@@FantasyNero I'm aware of that, it's just that it seems like you have to try to get infected. Even in Alyx, headcrabs aren't too dangerous.

I love to mess around with things that i love to make something interesting 🤗❤
The physics in HL: Alyx are really impressive, instead of the Quake static collision boxes, npcs now have dynamic collisions for each bodypart, you can even grab them and put them into drawers while the npc is alive, it's so cool.
It has been a long since Half-Life 2 but Crysis 1 2007 has much better physics, destruction, prop physics and collisions.
What I did to stop being afraid of them is I just let them jump at me and grab them. But even having not much fear of them, I still get scared when I’m jump scared like if they come out of nowhere.
You should keep doing it until master it my chance is about 80-85% to catch them sometimes it pit me

There's no mod can do that yet, but i think sandbox in Half-Life alyx can spawn zombies

Idea: Yeet a Headcrab off a building. I've always felt like doing it, but I don't have VR
In VR a way better experience
You can use an object to change the headcrab tragectory by hitting it to the other side, like using a case as a shield and yeet it to the left or right.

If these things would be a real thing,all you need to be completely safe from them is to wear a steel helmet (old military helmets for instance) and they look cool af on top of that
They scratch, btw there are other speicies of it that can get inside of your body but luckily they only go to bodies that is already dead
If i see one of those thing i will run away from them as fast as possible, It's scary if headcrabs are real creatures, but thankfully it does not exist.
I'm pretty sure Headcrabs have some powerful piercing capabilities since a lot of zombies appear to have large puncture wounds through their head and eyes. Also explains how they're able to make it through HECU and Combine protection. On the other hand, Larry has the right idea by putting a bunch of spikes through his hat.

Maybe in Half Life 1 headcrabs were scary but in Half Life 2 and Alyx VR, they look chonky and cute..
Actually, it's scarier for me in Half-Life 1 & 2 in HLA it will give you a chance as It warns you with a hissing scream before jumping on you, head crabs look like a Turkey chicken on Half-Life Alyx.
Well, grabbing them in mid air And shoving them in a drawer is definitely a way to deal with them
It's ao fun to do that challenge but it might hurt you if you miss it by mistake.
You haven't done the coolest tho, holding a headcrab and killing with a pistol, then dropping it.

Yes it's possible but some people don't know the trick, glad i made this video explain it.

Hello my dear friend it has been a while, How is the Crysis 3 community is it still alive? And Yes it's worth it to play nonVR mod also Valve index is not great VR headset it's old low resolution and wired, i have Quest 2 with Pro touch controllers since 2020 and playing every VR game with my upgraded BoBoVR M2 Battery with Halo strap, my recommendation get the Quest 3 you can play both with wired or wireless.
