You actually don't want to jump exactly as you hit the tire. You want to jump just before you touch it so that you hit the tire while you're in the air after jumping. It's a bit difficult to hit sometimes under pressure but it's easier if you know this

yo stiff i have a tip for you wall sliding works because walls count as slopes so what you want to do is slide for a short time and imedietly stop and jump for more speed
