For years I have been interested in generic IQ testing and I have done several tests myself. In this series of videos I will present to you the questions that I find most suitable for an IQ Test. Can you solve all of them? Are they to easy for you or are they too hard? This can give some indication of how high your IQ is. Of course it is no concise IQ test (which would take several hundred questions and would have to be timed), but it is good to start you of. And of course the questions are fun. :)
Here are all the questions written out:

Well the twig connects to the branch. A falling branch could kill you. A twig: yeah no.

Twigs are the smaller components that branch off of the actual branch and hold the leaves

Number 5 was just the Fibbinachi code, 1,1,2,3,5,8,13,21,34,55,89,144...etc.
Here's how the last one works, the first two numbers are 1 and 1, add them and you get 2. Then, to find the 4th number you add the 2nd and 3rd, which are 1 and 2 which makes 3, and so on

Oh my gosh! I got them all right! For number one, if your finger is a leaf, your hand is a twig, your arm is a branch, your whole body is a tree, and your skin is the bark. Blossom makes no sense in this case. The second one, you can multiply in any order because of order of operations, so as long as you know multiplication, you can do it. The third one, you can't make a third of a trip to the store, so you must round up! For the fourth one, it just all depends on how good your vocabulary is. The fifth one is the Fibonacci Sequence!

this isn't an iq test. a real iq test wouldn't be public as they have to be taken with a witness like a teacher or a test advisor. this is just a time killing game with english and math questions.
I got them all right. This test was pretty easy. I don't think just because you got these all right, you're a genius.

What's the difference between a twig and a branch...
A a tree is your body, a branch is your arm and twigs are hands. Twigs come from branches.
As a non-native-speaker I also failed at the first question. :\

TheVTelevision Probably because of the first question, In many languages twig and branch share the same word so people don't know the difference between the English words twig and branch.

well i got 4 right... after I've seen the last answer to question 5 I've realized how it worked... 1 plus 1 equals 2 and 1 plus 2 equals 3 and so on... very easy questions but thought it would be harder and it looked like a trap i didn't expect it to actually be that easy

I got 5/5. It was really easy but for the Leaf question I had to decide between a twig and branch but I realised a twig is connected to the branch and a leaf are always connected to the twig.

I got 4, though I would have got 5, but i didn't because i wasn't sure if you should excuse the fact that you can't carry a bottle of water cut in half, whilst handling 1 other and ensure it isn't spilling even though you don't need it.
The pattern adds the two previous numbers to get the next number

1+1=2
1+2=3
2+3=5
3+5=8
5+8=13
8+13=21

The math doesn't add up on number 4. It's an uneven number with a decimal.

Okay so one thing about question 3 that irks me is that why would he make an extra trip just for the one bottle? Just put one water bottle in each armpit area and carry the other 2 with the rest of his arms. Or even use his shirt to help carry the weight. It's not that hard. :/ that's why I said 4.
