I never knew the extent the Spielberg was a father to Drew. He really did basically raise her.
He did not basically raise her. That's an extreme statement. He had his own wife and kids that he raised. If he was a father figure to her it was short-term, on sets. He had the means to adopt her if he had wanted that.
I admire her vulnerability and honesty. She is great!
Thank you for your openness and honesty Drew! As a 47yo single mom, who had a messed up childhood too, I see you as an inspiration for what I strive to be too - both as a parent and as a person. I especially admire how you can stay so positive and grateful. I still struggle with bitterness, but am moving forward and trying to be more grateful. Congratulations on your well earned success!

I adore that film, and she nailed why so many girls love that film.
I love that Drew holds up Ever After so dearly. It's such a great movie.
She sounds like an awesome mom. It's not about being perfect - she's just very aware of trying to be the best mom she can be... she's not just going through the motions on auto-pilot. Her kids may have their ups and downs, but no doubt they will love and value their mom for who she is - and for how her journey made her who she is😊💗
I have always thought that Steven Spielberg was the stable adult in Drew Barrymore’s life that she can rely on even now.
She’s such a great actress. Hearing her regular voice shows how most of her characters, she makes subtle changes in her voice for each character. It’s never just her regular voice 100%
If I didn’t love you enough, I love you more than I ever have. I grew up with Drew via magazines and television entertainment…long before social media existed. And I just wanted to be her bestie. And seeing her thrive and become this amazing woman makes me so proud that the universe gave her lessons to be this amazing mother and awesome human. Love you Drew

I forgave my parents for the strict and catholic way we grew up. Back in the day’s corporal punishment was ok even the teachers were allowed to do it, with therapy I can go on with my life. You can’t change the past only the now and the future.

I was 24 years old on my 1st piercings. I glad that I waited on them. If I got them when I was younger and the kids will flick my ear lobes piercings. I have more piercings over the years. I got 7 piercings during the mid to late 90’s. I have my industrial piercing on my right ear a little bit over 2 years, my 2nd cartilage piercing late July 2021 and my conch piercing early December 2021 on my left ear.
