I love this channel! I recently picked up an old s220 and your channel has been greatly helpful. I need to find a couple of the spacers you use to guide the hole saw.

Lowes and local farm and home had 1/4x3/8 spacer. 1” hole saw was an absolute champ! Little cutting oil and it sizzled through the tach and previous welds. A little grinder work and it’s ready for me to make ugly welds with my lack of welding skills. I really need to get past the flux core stuff and take a class to improve my welding. Thanks again for the awesome tips. Even an old trim carpenter can learn to work with metal, I’m living proof.

I use a mag drill with a 1 inch x 2 inch anular cutter from the front of the bob tach. Its almost a surgical removal

    I enjoy all your videos!
Just wondering, do you disconnect the battery before you weld on a machine?

23 years welding on equipment and vehicles and I have never disconnected the battery. Just keep ground close to weld.

Hello, nice video, thanks for sharing your knowledge, do not mean to be annoying but could you please tell me if you find an compatible eletric motors that could be used on the FLIP actuator? Hope you see this, thanks again for your time ;)

unfortunately I have not been able to find a direct replacement. I've been taking the motors to my local electric shop and having them rebuilt. I'm having pretty good luck after they rebuild them
