    Neal, you saved my ass today with this tip! Worked like a dream where everything else I tried failed. There may be several other ways to get this done but this is the best for the average guy. For those doing this the first time, DO NOT try and drive out the bushing from the inboard hole, there is a machined collar that the bushing sits up against when installed from the outside. If you dig around from the inboard end, you will feel the gap between the bushing and the collar. Just follow Neals tip and you will have it out in no time.

    I'd like to give you some great advice that I learned the hard way! Don't ever press annything using any bearing or bearing race as a spacer! Bearings will bust very easily and send shrapnel in many directions, regardless of any body parts that may be in its trajectory!

    Iv worked at a bobcat dealership for 20 years have never seen anything like this done.What a great idea .Normally we either air chisel or burn them out .I cannot wait to try this out the next time we have to replace bushings

    Great video. I see the innovation of our Dad in you. Git 'er done! The best part is that your wife bought you a wire-feed welder -- and I believe it. :)

    Hey Neal;
    Just picked up a 463 and looks like cab area was covered most of life but Bob tach is in terrible shape. Rusted bad. Lock mach rusted and torn out. Last owner made a stud/nut screw mount for bucket. It works but would like to add a cpl other attachments. I have been scouring trying to find a used one with not much luck.

    I did something similar, only difference was I used the worn pin/old bolt to make the puller.

    @Neal Gaalswyk I know this is old but, do you have any idea of what settings you used on your welder? I'm trying to get my bushings out but my weld has broken twice. I'm afraid to go too hot because I don't want to burn through the bushing.
