Because of you I've gotten into Hobao RCs & out of my (approx) 2 dozen RCs my 3 Hobao's have proven to be the most durable, low maintenance, best handling, best value & quickest of all.
I have the GTS (86mph).!, an SC10 & an SC8. (I want the MT+ next)
I'm a pretty terrible driver, I break my Arrma's, Traxxas, HPI, Maverick, Tamiya's, FTX's & others about every 3rd or 4th time I run them...
But those Hobao's are nearly bullet proof.!

Those sticks are like RC magnets. I'd hit every single one of them. 😆 Cool little RC. May be worth putting on some good shocks and a brushless system hell you could probably gear that up or put in a modified brushed motor. They are plenty fast in a truck that size and weight. I've had brushed motors in 1/10 trucks that were absolutely uncontrollable.

nice little car. only short falls are the oil less shocks and it's brushed. saw the motor got hot. every brushed car I ever had burnt the motor up from over voltage. there easy to burn out. maybe some grease in the shocks would dampen them.. just a thought. keep them rc vids coming bro. I've seen that you used a 13V battery. Is that okay for the motor ? Otherwise, what would you recommend for a battery? Better than the original. Died very fast.

Poor little RC. It took out so many sticks that it thought it could take out a tree.
So is this one recommended? I just ordered one on Amazon for $99 minus a $5 coupon. I'm new to the hobby, this is my second one. Love this stuff!
It depends on your skill level there was another option out there most recently $120 and I believe there was a five or $10 coupon to take more off so it ended up being for me 116 shipped with tax brushless oilfield shocks would blow this thing away You just have to look at my most recent videos posted it's a green truck and not the Traxxas XRT

they doesn't miss an E they are using the big E on the name of the car to let the people know that E means electric, is [ Deerc 9201Electric whit lectric in small leters, manny companys used that promotional way to write.

They have a brushless version. Contact the manufacturer and ask them if compatible with stock gearing
@@rcguygarage i went on Deerc website but you can't order anything. When i clicked accessories, it said something for drones. It's funny cause i do build fpv racing drones and electric skateboards, but anyway, the site doesn't give you any options for anything, it has pics of these rc cars but nothing when i clicked on them. Maybe the link i went to is not being used, do you have another Deerc link?

The e in electric is in the number of the truck look it just did t turn out how they thought it looked
I purchased one right from Amazon I charged the battery and i plugged it in and shuts right back off after I turn it on is there a fix

I bought one, did some battery hack, and installed a 6200mah battery, I'm ready to install new shock springs, and maybe upgrade the motor, all the insides seem metal, not plastic
Where did you put the new batteries? I have some 6200mah ones also but they’re way too big to fit inside the truck. Was thinking of taping them to the top of the car

I find anything over 15mph is fast for regular driving. I feel like 30mph and above seems "blazing fast" by the average population who has not seen RC cars.

the word cooking you probably are implying fast when you say it… Why don't you just say fast… which this car is not… But something really is cooking the electronics and the motor. Three cell is a bad idea. As I can see trying to drive a straight line well that's a bad idea as well. A kid will even get bored quick with these cheap crap cars. You're better off to have quality and break those at least you had fun. And in the beginning when you say just keep sending you these things you don't even want them! But I guess you just want them to sell for whatever pittance you can get from them. I don't understand.
