I honestly feel terrible for Demar. I’m a spurs fan and I can tell you the whole franchise is very happy he’s here but you can see he clearly didn’t want to leave Toronto. It’s actually sad bruh

I am a huge Raps fan for starter. Glad to see Demar go. I believe in game two against Cleveland he had 0 rebounds. How in the hell are you the supposed best player on the team an allstar in the league playing on a team that had the second best record and fighting for your playoff lives against Lebron who has signal handling beat your team every year and you have 0 rebounds. Plus he has some of the best ups in the league. How do you not have one rebound? This is unacceptable for the amount of money you make. Pack you shit and get out.

The Raptors lost 5 straight years in the playoffs with Demar. Twice to Paul Pierce and 3 times to Lebron. Something had to change
One more year of failure in my opinion. And then it would have been ok to trade him or blow up the team? In 2013 Masai said "I owe it to these guys to give them a chance" So for Demar to say no chances were given is weak. Year after year was awful. One year he shot 30% from the floor and 15% from 3. Time to take a risk on something else
Well kawhi took them to their first championship his first year so i think they made the right decision

The gotta make a no trade clause max deal, let more guys be able to put no trade clauses in their contracts but lower the max amounts said players can get paid so the owners will go along with it. I'm very impressed with Demar Derozan. He is intelligent, articulate, loyal & he gives his all. A truly big hearted guy whom I hope thrives with the Spurs. He can look back at his time with Raptors and say he and his teammates accomplished a lot there. He brought a lot of joy and love to Toronto.
