I have to take issue with "a mouse in a cheese shop". The implication is that the mouse would be quick, but if the mouse is stuffing itself with the plentiful cheeses on offer - cheddar, tilsit, Wensleydale, camembert, Venezuelan beaver cheese, etc, etc.. - then the mouse is going to be bloated and slow. QED. Unless of course the cheese shop was a very clean one, uncontaminated by cheese...

I put ice cubes in mine on a hot day, it works quite well.
First thing I thought of when seeing its I bet I could stick a Freezer Pack in that instead of the bladder.

Yeah serviceability is a lazy excuse. We’ve seen plenty of solutions that allow for internal routing without running the cables through the bar or stem.

The emonda rim brake is a beautiful bike! Today's emonda is a tank with its disc brakes and is the last bike I would ever call lightweight. It weighs the same as my gravel bike.

I like the fizik shoe upper sole. however it will be better if more brand make cleat bolt position adjustable like in the shimano to give more room for cleat adjustment. when I have fizik tempo, beside the shoe so narrow causing many discomfort, the cleat bolt position is too forward, not enough to push cleat back for my feet.
The Jersey with the water mesh pocket is reminiscent of the MotoGP hydration systems on the suits.
