Got to wonder why Giroud still ended up with so few goals almost every season after so many assists from Ozil.

@@okanegatari You're right. All teams need a goal getter who can score consistently out of nothing. Giroud only scores when balls are being put on a plate for him and even then he misses a number of these. Hope people realise this is why he was never appreciated.

This doesn’t make sense tbh. Chelsea wanted Giroud and Arsenal had to sell Giroud to Chelsea to facilitate Batshuayi joining Dortmund, and therefore Aubameyang joining Arsenal. No Giroud to Chelsea = No Aubameyang to Arsenal.
Surprising and slightly sad that giroud seems to have scored most of these

P.S. Like seemingly everyone else here, these remind me how badly I miss Olivier Giroud. A fantastic team player plus scorer of fantastic goals.

When everyone was injured and Campbell was given a chance, he did great! I remember the double assist vs Olympiakos in UCL!

Özil's definitely a level above others in our team. If only we had a manager who could get the best out of him, we would see him making assists every week. The man was born to assist. The reason why he gets more than the others, significantly. He can unlock any defence. We just need a better manager who can utilize him to his best.

The own goal doesn't count as an assist. They're missing one from this season. They only showed 7 assists from this season, but he has 8.

Yeah, it was Kolasinac's goal v Swansea, though I think causing an own goal should count as an assist too
Also didn’t show his assist against Tottenham for mustafi
it does count if you ever read the commentary during a match they say who assists even if it's an own goal
Oba Razzak if it did count, his official assist count should be 51, cos they did miss one from this season.
