I was super interested in this one Jason ! There were several pro's I noticed in this building and a few con's. I'll start with the pros: 1. Absolutely love that super long lap pool. 2. Quiet neighborhood, yet still close to the beach. 3. Fell in love with the second unit you showed and loved the huge balcony's. 4. The price seems attractive for the square footage. 5. Units were tastefully decorated, didn't have that shiny "Vegas" feel to them that you see in so many condo's, these were more homey. Cons: I'm concerned that the new shopping center going in may block much of the view, hopefully that is not the case. 2. I loved the roof top and the genuine grass, but I would have guessed this building to be much older after viewing the state of the roof top along the perimeter. The roof material looked very faded and there was a hose running along the length of it. The grass looked a little withered. Although the landscaping was very tastefully done, it appeared that the maintenance of it was already on the slide. Perhaps this was due to so many units having yet to be sold. I could see all of this easily turned around with little effort and some expenditure. I would have loved to seen a unit on the top floor to see what the view would look like. As I say, this condo project didn't have the 40th floor infinity pool of the high risers down along the beach, but its' price tag was very attractive. I think I would seriously consider buying here if my con's concerns could be addressed .
Hi Michael, all very valid and correct ✅ as you know, I live in this building and have direct access to the lap pool. I have been told Wongamat Village will be single level and this shows on the website and believe it will really add increased value to the condos here but I’m not buying. Living here I see the maintenance on a daily basis although this is just general cleaning and gardening etc. The developer is Global Top Group and they have many developments around Pattaya. Hi Jason, plenty fluids mate (a copious amount of brandy/whisky with honey is preferable in these man flu type situations, in fact it's a must 😂😂), 1st condo is great for people watching, 2nd is great for privacy, I've always found though with more plants and trees comes more mosquitoes, one of my pet hates is being eaten alive, regards from England 🍺🍺👍

Nice to see the North Pattaya area. I live in Pratamnak and I'm usually only up there to go to Terminal 21 but I can see it's nice away from the main roads. Like other commenters, I prefer the 2nd apartment with the spacious living room. Cheers -

I’m in Canada and I have the worst sore throat I made my daughter get a strep test I thought we had it but pharmacy said it’s just a bad cold but I’ll tell you I feel you pain it’s 5am and I have slept cause my throat hurts too much

Stop including balconies in the square footage. It's like comparing apples and oranges.
@@realpropertymangement7640 If the sq footage of the balcony is included then it would be useful to indicate how much the footage is for the balcony. That way people can try and imagine what the interior space is. You can't use the balcony 24/7. especially in the hot season.

What would it take to use a tape measure and determine the sq footage? About two minutes of your time. I am sure you value Jason promoting your condos for sale.....You will earn a commission if it is sold. You should be buying him more than a damn coffee.
