Fly through any north American airlines , you would get to know how better is air India. Every airline has bad and good service and air India does provide service at par with the price tag.

Wow! Mumbai airport is a hell of an improvement compared to when I was there in 2008.
They converted the old terminal to the domestic terminal, most domestic flights still use the old terminal although many have shifted to the new one.
Really an angel for us David I am so glad u did with an indian airline hope u have more Indian carrier’s tripreport
Air India has great in-flight menu and the service has really improved. One can feel the Air India touch.

People are hating air India but literally since 2015 they have improved a lot soon gonna to sold to private sector ... literally I have traveled through air India so many time never faced an issue ....but some guys are comparing air India with trash indigo and spice literally people are saying that jet airways are far better than air India air India do this or this other shit but in reality everyone knows what's the condition of jet airways ...and u can't compare spice and indigo budget carrier with air India !! Yeah vistara is way more better than air India that is also due to Tata and Singapore and talking about staff for me I have faced the problem with staff or crew last time I travelled in air India was 1 month ago whole crew was male still friendly and nice

@@nishikantworlikar7463 on my flight from Delhi to Melbourne, I wasn't aksed about meals, no one came when I pressed the call sign for about an hour.. the meal was bad, like really bad.. the only good thing was the check-in process which was quick and easy... Qantas were providing a much better product, soft product and hard product for about the same price... They didn't have any seats so I had to book Air India... I'd rather fly Indigo where everything is simple but fast and effective... They charge for meals bit their ticket cost is way cheaper and the crew is better

Air India Business class looks like it is quite a bit below the standards of Emirates, Etihad and surprisingly even the China Southern (food selection and presentation looked much better) you recently reviewed. If anything Air India’s Business class product looks comparable to British Airways. Moreover, I know it’s been the airlines colors for years but that interior color scheme is not the most pleasant looking in my personal opinion.

No it was not, I bought it at Starbucks... :) I went there on Air India, will publish another Tripreport in December... :)
If you want Starbucks coffee in an airline then go from *Vistara* as it is half owned by Tata group which also own Starbucks India.

This report is the best example why I love this channel: David shows us a more relaxed video, either if it is busines, economy or first class (btw those shoes are spot on); Felix travels the most unexpected routes; and the other guy (sorry, I don't remember his name), show how life is good in first class. Honestly that's the best in flight menu I've ever seen. I've watched a lot of videos, but not even Emirates or Qatar Airways has this variety. One veg Indian and Foreign dish, one non veg indian and foreign dish, so many breakfast options as well. All good stuff too.

AI is actually quite good on some sectors. I remember flying BKK-BOM in economy and the cabin crew was more than generous with the alcohol 😂. Maybe enthusiastic even to serve! Loved that.

Although Mumbai International Airport has only two terminals but they are much better than any Airports in USA. Singapore is the best and others in Middle East , Europe. I traveled from Mumbai to USA many times and this is done in last seven or eight years maybe less. When I traveled last it was very simple and was very ordinary inside and outside.

Haven’t flown with them post Covid. But all the experiences pre-covid were certainly great.
The only time I was disappointed with Air India was on a domestic flight back in May 2015 from BOM - BBI which happened to get delayed by 3 hours because of some unforeseen circumstances in BOM as per Air India.
Finally to came to India ❤️ 🇮🇳.... One of best flight blogger channel on CZcams #simple_aviation
