Hot Spicy Chutney Garlic,Red Chillies/ लहसुन,लाल मिर्च की तीखी चटनी 6 महीने तक खाओ/ No preservative

  • Hello friends !!!
    For making this Teekhi Chuttney of Garlic and Red Chillies , I have used :
    250 grams Garlic
    500 grams Fresh Red Chillies
    Normal salt 05 heaped spoons of large size
    Mustard oil 03-4 tablespoons
    ( khana khane wale chamach)
    One tablespoon each of : coriander, Jeera, Black Pepper, Saunf, Black Salt, Amchoor powder
    One medium Katori: Gud Shakkar
    Roast the Masala as described in video.
    Grind Garlic and Fresh Red Chillies to make a coarse chuttney
    Put a kadai on medium flame , add step wise ingredients as described in video . Cook on low to medium flame, following all steps described in video. Dry all water.
    When cool Store in glass jars.
    Keep in Chill area of refrigerator.
    Shelf life more than 06 months.
    Enjoy with Prantha / Roti/ Rice
