angelo's solo honestly sounds like a composed waltz or something sometimes, its so perfectly inside the changes and melodic. truly amazing, one of my favorite solos of his

This was truly a Great version. Angelo is GREAT! Adrian is TOP SHELF, for me when it comes to the younger players. Every interpretation that flows from him, his ideas, his timing, phrasing, are always great and fresh, never repetetive.

A day without listening to Angelo Debarre would not be my idea.

Damn i miss watching Debarre, Raffalli, Gastine, Daussat and the rest of the gang at Atelier Charonne, too bad it closed down some years ago. Dropping by several nights in a row was the highlight of every visit to Paris back then.

Can anyone tell me what scale/apreggio the lick Adrien plays at 3:45 is based on?

I love shredding, but some concentrate on playing a thousand notes a minute constantly. Discipline means a lot.

its playing a half diminished arpegio a 4th above of the chord you want to resolve. filled with a lot of passing tones

any french speakers know what angelo is saying at the start?

He is joking about the fact he partied a bit too much the day before so that he wants to play a B flat key song; as it's positioned in the middle of the guitar neck, easy to see ahead and behing ;)

That F chord Adrien plays at 4.49 almost sounds like it has some sort of whammy effect on it. Neither of his hands are moving...

My guess is someone shouts out after he starts playing the chord, and their voice almost matches a note in the chord, so when they stop the note seems to go back to where it started like a vibrato
