What if EL TORO Was RMC'd?

- Ok so this title is very clickbait-y but I just want to make it clear that I don’t actually think El Toro will get RMC’d. As much as I am one of those people that wants as many RMC’s as possible, I don’t think that El Toro will be converted. This video is more “What could El Toro look like if it was RMC’d. I’m going to dive into the layout and see what RMC could potentially do with this.

I think if El Toro was to get RMC'd with the full I-box track, this is exactly how it should be done. Great job!
Yup! I was completely against rmc toro, and I still am, but this would be great.
You are the first ever person to make an RMC layout of el toro that looks better than the original toro
Is it had that I really want El Toro to be RMC'ed now? Get Fred Grubb on the phone and make this happen
Haha-I wish I could
I love that you kept the iconic moments of the original layout and added in some of RMC’s specialties. This would be amazing!
el toro isnt thst good
@Wave is cursed have you ridden el toro?
@@bananaplayz3773 ye and its just a lot of turns and the first 2 hills are good but the drop is overrated and at the end is was soooooo slow the pacing is pretty bad
@@waveiscursedbruh wdym that drop is nuts
If they do RMC eltoro I think they will just put I box track on it and not change the layout
thats called 208 retrack and in all honesty i think it would be a missed opportunity. if you get a chance to add even more insanity to this monster, make it a hyper and give it some whip
@@elijahrock3914 Keep the insane drop, and first 2 camelbacks and the rolling thunder hill and most enthusiasts will be happy
Honestly
@@williamhoward9121 exactly, keep those plus make it a hyper and give an inversion and it best vengeance
It would just be known as a shitty rmc honestly if that happens lol
Fantastic as always!
I am crazy in love with the double-roll ending. That just seems out of control
It almost looks like the Untamed Roll, but following an S-curve pattern rather than an airtime hill.
I truly believe that this would be the best coaster in the world, and this is one of your best projects yet!
Yesssss! Thank you, I’ve been waiting for this!
Fantastic! I like how you took so many great elements from different RMC's and implemented then in this ride. Sitting in the right seat on that outterbanked turn would be little bit scary. Lol
The people begging Six Flags to never RMC El Toro will be the same ones praising it as the greatest RMC if they ever actually did
This would be epic, for sure. Obsessed with the back to back barrel rolls. Great concept. 👌
Hey, Elite? I wanted to say a genuine thank you.
Before you made your FVD tutorial, I had bashed my head against the wall for MONTHS trying to figure things with that program out, and couldn't do it. Your tutorial has gotten me to the point where, combined with a ton of practice, I can speedrun a coaster in like an hour if I really try and it's not super complicated.
I never could have gotten here with you, and as someone who's attending college and hoping to major in mechanical engineering so he can design coasters for a career, thank you so very much for your tutorial, and for getting me on the right track with FVD!
-Your subscriber and fan, Jordan.
That's awesome, Jordan! I'm really glad to hear that :)
Hey @jordan Wolfson I’m trying to do the same thing except I’m a high school freshman rn. Got any advice?
@@t0x1cc1ty do you mean to get started in FVD, or work towards mechanical engineering? Just wanna make sure
Mech engineering lol
@@t0x1cc1ty I'm going to start with my biggest piece of advice. You've probably heard it a billion times already, so it's probably going to just ring hollow. But try to take it to heart.
Pay. Attention. In. School.
I'm serious. When I was a kid, I absolutely hated school. I hated being there, it felt like a waste of time. I wanted to stay home and play video games. I wish someone had slapped some sense into me. In 7th grade, I missed a TON of school, and that's the year when mathematics and science start to REALLY pick up, compared to elementary school. I missed a lot of the math building blocks like long division/multiplication, algebra, geometry. I never took trig or calculus in high school either. Now, in college I'm having to catch up with a remedial math course that costs extra money because I need to catch up.
Don't let yourself get into the situation I'm in. Take school seriously. Ask questions, find a tutor, ask a friend to study flash cards with you...join a club, whatever it takes to get you to enjoy and focus on school more. Act like it's your full-time job, 40 a week. You're not getting paid for it now, right now it's more like an apprenticeship/internship, but you'll get paid for it later when you're able to cruise through college and get your dream career. I honestly thought I was dumb as rocks coming into college, I mean I'm 25 and just NOW beginning college? But life has proven me wrong in the most delightful of ways. Even me with all my struggles, I'm giving it my all and I'm sitting on a 3.6 right now.
Other than that, just do your best to always be learning stuff, even outside of class. Even if you and I don't end up becoming coaster engineers, mechanical engineering is a BROAD ASF degree and we can do a lot with them if we obtain them. Designing bridges, helping to design buildings with architects...fine something else that interests you. For me, I'm a nerd for so many things, like coasters or rocket science or hell, even just the cars we take to and from school. Even cars are incredible pieces of technology if you break them down and see how they work! And also, I know politics probably don't mean much to you since you're in high school, but the U.S is falling behind other countries when it comes to manufacturing and engineering badly. There's projections that engineering is going to have a resurgence, because the U.S is trying to become less dependent on other countries like China (I'm not going to get more into the politics than that, though). This is actually a pretty good time to get into engineering. Just remember, most of your classes are going to be pretty rigorous. We're talking physics and real technical stuff. It's not gonna be easy, I myself have a lot of anxiety about it, but you and I can totally do it!
I wish you all the best!
I feel like if this were real RMC would keep the large trains, for me it’s kinda iconic for el toro
Excellent!!! My favorite. You did it justice. 👍🏾👍🏾
El toro won't be rmcd guys, dont worry! This is definitely by far the best rmc toro concept I've ever seen! What was the angle of descent for the first drop?
Around 85 degrees I think
@@EliteCoasters I see
@@EliteCoasters the only real criticism I have is that the turnaround is too drawn out, and would probably end up in the water. My other criticism is that it does feel just like every other rmc besides the sustained ejector and twister section. That's not really your fault though, as it's a problem with real life rmc and you were doing the best you can to replicate it.
@@EliteCoasters nvm there is enough land for the turnaround.
Holy moly that Zero G Roll looks so intense on this layout you made
This is an incredible way to step up and stand out with your No Limit coasters and give them a breathe of fresh air. Hell yeab
If El Toro was RMC’d, the coaster enthusiast industry would shatter (in my opinion)
An off axis outer banked turn before the drop would be INCREDIBLE. Lmao.
I actually think the turnaround would be even better if the roll were on the end of the turn around instead of at the beginning. That way you actually have more of a death roll type of concept as you exit the turnaround. The barrel rolls at the end look amazing.
This is a total coaster nerd's dream design. Well done sir.
they should either call it "toro del hierro" or "el hierro"
You seem like an Ohio resident 🥺
Not to be annoying but I translated the second name and it literally just says "The Iron" lol
Oh God. I can’t wait to see this.
Awesome 👍 Great Adventure needs this
I love el Toro and I love RMC. I wouldn’t want it to be converted but I don’t know…this one is making me consider 😅
El Toro Ryan would change his name to (insert RMC El Toro's new name) Ryan
That double switchback looks wicked!
i like how the description is just
can't wait!
would love to see you make some RMC's of steel coasters with TRex track,
Y e s
@@StealthDynamicsOfficial well blackbird suck (but... not me) and Darkstar was also good for me,
Edit: oh no
That first turn around at the top looks like it also provides some airtime, slow-paced sustained banked airtime will be very tense way to build up a thrill with the climax being that first drop.
You can’t possibly make el toro better elite coasters said hold my beer 😂😂
Just realized this is elites 100th video
Love it. Only thing I would do differently is on the first drop out of the other bank I would go into an inverted drop. That way you take the tallest drop record
I'm sorry to say this, but El Toro's days are numbered. An RMC seems almost certain for the ride, and that's not a bad thing! If the strength of the airtime can be replicated, there will be very few who deem this inferior to one of the greatest wood coasters ever built. The one criticism with El Toro is pacing, and RMC would certainly fix this. Your idea is amazing and would carry the legacy of this legendary coaster.
I love the concept. I also like doing RMC conversions on Planet Coaster, and El Toro is one that could be turned into a top-tier coaster. A good name for it could be El Toro Loco.
Incredible.
RMC needs to hire this dude
If el Toro looked exactly like this if it was RMC'd, It would def be my favorite coaster.
Bro he even put in the effort to build Kingda Ka in the background!
this would be a vary worthy replacement great choice of elements
This is pretty sick . However ,….I honestly think it just needs an ibox track replacement without all the extra , stuff . Keeping it simple would def be the most effective treatment for a ride of this type and layout . It’s great as is .
I reeeally like this idea. This would easily make Toro the best coaster in the world.
It's perfect
truly fantastic job even tho i dont want it to happen lol
If El Toro were to get RMC'd, i mean were looking at maybe the most elite coaster ever built
That twister section looks like mavericks original heart line roll! Personally instead of the stall after the turnaround that you said looked like Iron Gwazi’s death roll, I would have made it a death roll instead of a stall! So you speed into one, and come out of one!
Intamin subcontracted RMC to build this coaster in the first place, it would be ironic if they returned to improve it
5:23 so velocicoasters mosasuars roll twice in a roe my god
youre tryna kill everybody...A++...your design btw would bring a lot of stress over time and high maintenance costs, especially in that extreme curve before the drop....
Might not do this irl but nice
this could be crazy if it actually happened
How do you get those immaculate heartlines? the roll into the turnaround just flows so smooothly and I have no idea how to do that lol
"It ain't broke, but there's room for improvement"
For the first turn-around I would make a step up underflip than a whipy overbank
Please do ... what if Troy (Toverland) was RMC'd? I'm very curious of your ideas for this one.
RMC give this guy a job!
glad the two hills and the rolling thunder hill was kept
Yes yes make it happen
If Son of Beast was rmc'd that could be a really cool layout
rmc hybrids usually are anywhere from 3.7-4.1 gs at max, and -1.4 to -1.7 minus the raptors
good except I think you have a slightly off perception of airtime strength, el toro’s rolling thunder hill pulls roughly -1.7gs in the front and back under summer conditions so it should be more consistent across the train
I think most enthusiasts would riot if they closed toro for any reason
How about no, Scott
This would be the first RMC that was better before it was RMCed
Honestly the double barrel rolls look like what RMC would do with a Lagoon Roll instead of… well Lagoon!
Please MAKE SURE THAT THE SEATS is secured than the original seats of El toro
Can you do something for Six Flags Great Adventure’s 50th Anniversary like this
B&M giga
I come from 2025 and this is 73% accurate
What if the first drop was like a twisted timbers drop because its's already shaped that way
When I went to six flags great adventure el toro kingda ka nitro jersey devil and the log flume were all closed
i would called this RMC El Toro coaster as "Iron Toro" in ur project
Let’s not think about this RMC thing yet bro
RMC El Toro would just tick all the boxes, keeping those four elements the same was the right decision and u just changed the broader line filler track into world class RMC style elements
I actually find this back to back transitions a little much
Can u plz make a video of RMC Son of Beast?
Are you going to do it?
Well El Toro will turned to rmc was...(as I said) clickbait... that was really nice ride
El Toro Dos would Be a good name my opinion.
cool idea, but i know a lot of people would be mad if RMC ever did this
Hi! I have a question, what's a good coaster designing software for use on Mac? Preferably not extremely expensive.
The one I use is called No Limits 2, it's about 40 bucks for the standard version
@@EliteCoasters It has pretty limited options unless I dump 90 bucks, which I don’t wanna spend.
@@overdramaticpan standard has all of the same features as pro except for 1080p+ screen recording. Everything else is the same
@@EliteCoasters Ah, maybe the website makes it seem worse than it is. I might buy it or get it for my birthday, it is still a bit pricey. Does it ever go on sale?
@@overdramaticpan mostly not
If there’s the question of if El Toro would be RMC’d in the first place, I pose to you all this title instead: what if El Toro was a ground-up RMC Hybrid like Zadra at Energylandia?
I don't think this should happen!
As cool as this looks, I genuinely hope El Toro never gets RMC’d. it’s already a near perfect ride IMO.
Those final barrel rolls look beyond crazy.
NGL this not a bad idea
bg song?
I'd much rather have an RMC I-Box conversion than have Six Flags leave it to rot or tear it down. No question about that. Unfortunately, the second outcome isn't totally out of the question under current Six Flags leadership.
I don't think it deserves to get the RMC. But if I were to rename El Toro, if it were to get the RMC treatment, i would name it, "El Toro Inferno".
Can we have an RMC hurler next??
So Twisted Timbers?
@@PttyBlue43 The hurler at Carowinds. They likely wouldn’t clone Twisted Timbers.
Please RMC balder at liseberg! That ride is incredibly mid compared to El toro so I think it would benefit from an rmc conversion.
hear me out, rmc ghost rider
are emm see
I think I actually prefer this than the og, controversial opinion?
I have a similar layout. I agree they wouldn't change anything with the rolling thunder drop and the 2 camelbacks (may offset them to the left and right. I really don't see them adding more then 3 inversions. I placed the 1st two in about the same place but designed mine slightly different. after the Rolling Thunder hill, I think the S's remain then as it comes out of the turn around roll into the third and final inversion. link to my layout. czcams.com/video/xQZc6NdMXGI/video.html
the real rolling thunder hill is -2 g's not -1.5 so this is a worse version kf the rollong thunder hill
No... that'd be trying to turn Steak into Lobster or vice versa. Intamin and RMC complete each other, not compete with each other. We need more Intamin's and RMC's both, and less of all the other brands.
As much as I would love to see it? I have to agree with you. I think Eltoro is doomed honestly. Victim of dry rot.
🪆🪆🪆
EL TORO??? The enthusiasts would love this one
Yeah really (lol)
Honestly I’m down
Noooooooo donttttttttttttt touch el toro please
Stop haha RMC won't touch it
Im tired of rmc. They are starting to take away good wooden coasters and make them steel. We only have less than 200 wood coasters world wide. We will have none left if they keep rmcing one every year and demolishing one every year.
