Atleast some on the spot improvisation would have made it save the day, afterall it is a regular job and they often have a set of tricks to make any conversation interesting, but that journalist was too dumb and made it awarkard even more

Over the years, Barkha has built a narrative about how Indian society is and in this interview she was constantly trying to get the same statements from Sara's mouth. Sara is equally foolish(like rest of celebrities) to talk about the stuff she actually has no idea about.
Nishant reddy, AK M.. friends, what is Sara's choice other than to give her opinion when she is being asked about that particular issue? She was called and she was asked to give opinion on this thing.. so it's the media who should research on the apt choice of representatives to talk about issues

It's really weird and scary how Barkha was out to get Sara. It was not an interview or a normal discussion rather like a principal scolding or questioning a student. I mean it was uncomfortable to watch. Sara did so well.

I love Faridoon man. He has the best poker face. I think his 'not-impressed' demeanor really hits at the heart of the actor's insecurities and they become even more talkative as a result.

I have noticed when she interviews celebrities she is almost bitter or angry. I am not sure why but what I noticed from her.
She always does that... It's almost like the format of her show is to put celebrities up on the spot until they either cry or say something that would end their career

to be absolutely fair, namaste england talked about immigration policies and ki and ka talked about gender roles, yes, the films were bad, but they atleast tried to have a message

Cut her some slack...... she was cast opposite her crush. Plus, as long as your professional life doesn't clash with your morals, you can do whatever
Watch the full interview, she basically dismisses colourism in the industry and says 'put on some powder or spray tan' as if to say 'it is what it is', basically to summarize it, she says change yourself because the society won't change but she is an influential person and can bring awareness. But no-one wants to do that in the industry. She doesn't once acknowledge how deep-rooted these issues are in the society or even bollywood, as if throwing makeup on can fix everything. Nothing about it was intellectual it reeks of ignorance.
@@user-vo7rz5kg8b what we talk is philosophical, what sara told is reality, is it really possible to change the whole mindset of society? Till dtae it has not been possible, yes it can be. But will take a lot time. But till then what will people do? They will have to follow what sara told. This is a harsh world and lets be a bit realistic. If such awareness that you are talking could change people's mindset so easily, it would have been done years ago.
And now coolie no 1. Maybe she was prepared for the questionnaire. Her actions and words doesn't match.
I feel Sara and Jhanvi conduct themselves really well in interviews. How they articulate themselves and their responses, the way they listen to the question and grasp the context. The responses are so relevant, and even their gratitude is reflected... it’s really refreshing when compared to others...

I feel that Sara has this unique ability to conduct herself during interviews unlike many other star kids , and knows what to say and when . I am always shocked to see how Sara manages not to say anything negative or controversial in any of her interviews.
And if I was I place of Faridun in that Rakhi Sawant interview I swear I would have been lying flat on the ground of laughter.

To be very honest, I didn't find Jackie Shroff's response awkward. He just meant that the trend in question is a personal choice. Agreed that it could have been articulated in a better manner. But ain't that expecting too much? I mean it's not criminal to hold superficial/undercooked opinions about issues. Let's not pedestalise them in all walks of life. :P
Agree with you. He's actually far more intelligent and experienced, if you see his interviews you'll know it. It's just that his talking style is too crass and open, but I don't mind it. He's very straightforward and you can actually feel that. I'm very sad about this comment section though, focusing only on his expletives and how he looks "high"! But I'm glad people like you also exists spreading positivity and I appreciate that greatly. Keep it up.

Except the overusage of a single word in the same sentence ,really grinds my gears. It could be "individual", or "man". He tends to repeat it three to four times. No hate, but if language was the subject, then this is my only issue with the channel. Other than that, fairly enjoyable content.
I have watched many interviews of Sara just to find a defect in her being a product of nepotism....but end up being her fan....she is just too witty and intelligent to handle tough situations unlike other actresses of her generation...she should just focus on movies with content rather than masala flicks as she is a good actor and can push herself to more extreme characters...just a thought

I have been watching and following ur channel for quite some time and i feel ur critic on movies more valid than others because u bring a new and fresh perspective to bollywood. i back u on the content of this video as well but i have problem with u putting Sara Ali khan's interview. The journalist did the right thing probing her. Sara was projecting the mentality of the society and i think this attitude must b bashed. its like promoting the idea that in a rape case the victim is the real culprit because we cant change the society. I hope you get my point. overall love ur channel love ur work.
