Truth, when I feel the control from others I walk away fast.
I thought leadership was something for the later stages of my life (in a position where I´m in charge of other people). However, I still came in contact with Tony’s material about leadership and realized that this one skill is the foundation for everything else to work. Because if I can’t lead myself, nothing will change... for the better. I am so thankful for Tony because he created the gift in himself for humanity to move people emotionally while teaching them life-changing skills that society needs more than ever!

This reminds me of the statment that Jesus came to serve not to be served. If we all try to serve others - in our homes, in our communities, in our jobs - than how quickly the world would becone a better place. Please note that I am not saying we should serve to the point that we do not value or respect ourselves - just that the primary emphasis should be for betterment.

I have met many people in my life, different ages, nationalities and ethnicities. I have had a few bosses in my life, but leaders… just a couple. It is true, AUTHORITY, I think, means been able to serve, to teach others how to do it properly, protect and help those who need things the most.
