    Very interesting on this business, unfortunately nobody to guide me; being a class A driver for 17 years; was a owner operator for quite some time.

    What's up bro! I recommend using some cones to put in the back of the trailer when loading.

      Montway , backlotcars, it's alot of companies that allow new authorities. You have to inquire with every company you see listed on load boards

    @Ramblin_Cyclops Před 10 měsíci +1

    Great video! New sub but my experience with the 6.0 PS (same as the 6.4 as well) is if you can stay on top of things, like maintenance and repairs they are solid trucks you just shouldn’t beat them, however the second you let something that “doesn’t seem like a big deal” slip is when they bite you in the ass.

    • @EprofitdetroitTheProcess
      @EprofitdetroitTheProcess  Před 10 měsíci +1

      Noted!!! and that's exactly why I'm not going over the road with it . I don't want to over work it and be some where and have breakdowns

    • @Ramblin_Cyclops
      @Ramblin_Cyclops Před 10 měsíci +1

      @@EprofitdetroitTheProcess that’s a good rule I’d say 250 miles one way would be the absolute maximum I would take the truck, maybe 300 if it’s been bulletproofed.

    • @EprofitdetroitTheProcess
      @EprofitdetroitTheProcess  Před 10 měsíci +1

      right, but I don't see me getting it bulletproofed id rather invest that money into a different truck .

    • @Ramblin_Cyclops
      @Ramblin_Cyclops Před 10 měsíci +1

      @@EprofitdetroitTheProcess if it hasn’t been bulletproofed then don’t worry about it, bulletproofing done by a good shop is easily 5-10K and that’s more then enough of a down payment for a new truck, I bought mine with 100K (2010 6.0 gas Chevy so slightly different) for 12K and love it so far.

    • @Ramblin_Cyclops
      @Ramblin_Cyclops Před 10 měsíci +1

      @@EprofitdetroitTheProcess why did you end up going for the diesel over that 8.1? I may have missed the explanation in that video but if I’m going short distances a newer gas truck is the same as those old diesels and usually (usually) are as reliable or more reliable in my experience

  • @Azajo5
