    Great video, specifically the second M: "...are you purchasing with cash or financing?". Most Agents assume everyone needs a mortgage, never assume that.

    This is what we are seeing in the new market with Interest Rates being 2% higher then they were in the beginning of the year! This is what we need to watch and see what happens.

      There is. I think it's Location: get their address, Price: how much do they think it's worth, Motivation: when do you want it sold by?, Agent: Will you be interviewing any other agents?, Mortgage: What's your current mortgage balance so I can send you a more accurate net sheet?, Appt: Are you available tomorrow at 4pm or Friday at 2pm to meet?
