Ingredients:
Potatoes - 4-5
Onion - 1
Capsicum - 1
Red Bell Pepper - 1/2
Carrot - 1/4 cup
Corn - 3/4 cup
Garlic-Chilli - 1 tsp
Salt (as per taste)
Chilli Flakes - 1 tbsp
Oregano - 1 tbsp
Black Pepper - 1 tsp
Mayonnaise - 1 tbsp
Schezwan Sauce - 1 tbsp
Corn Flour - 1 1/4 tsp
Bread Crumbs - 2 tsp
Oil for greasing
Mozzarella Cheese
Ingredients for slurry:
Corn Flour - 1/4 tsp
All purpose Flour - 2 tbsp
Black Pepper - 1 tsp
Water (as required)
Oil for frying
