    Ingredients
    For Mixture:
    Potato (boiled & mashed) - 1½ cup
    Salt - to taste
    Coriander chopped - 1 tbsp
    Corn niblets (chopped) - ¼ cup
    Onion chopped - 2 tbsp
    Red Capsicum (chopped) - 1½ tbsp
    Green Capsicum (chopped) - 1½ tbsp
    Green chili (chopped) - 1no
    Ginger (chopped) - 1 tbsp
    Pepper Powder - a pinch
    Mint Leaves (chopped) - 2 tbsp
    Cheddar cheese (grated) - 1 cup
    Mozzarella Cheese cubes - few
    Bread Crumbs - ½ cup
    For Crumbing:
    Flour (all-purpose) - 1 cup
    Salt - a pinch
    Water - ¾ cup
    Flour (all-purpose) - 1 cup
    Bread crumbs - 2cups
    Oil - For Frying
    Method:
    - To prepare the mixture for cheese balls add all the ingredients under the mixture except for cheese cubes and mix them together. Check for seasoning and adjust.
    - Take a small portion of the mixture (the size of a ping pong ball) place a cheese cube in the center and cover it with the mixture. Roll to shape it into a round. Repeat the same for the remaining mixture.
    - Mix together flour, salt, and water to make a slurry. Dip the balls in the slurry and then dunk them in bread crumbs. Coat the crumbs evenly and then deep fry them on moderate hot oil till the outside is golden brown in color.
    - Remove and serve hot.
